When check in time, they said no room available.
We booked 3rooms then most worst case of my experiences under hotel.com.

When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends.

Property is strategically located and well connected. Problem is that the property is very old and badly needs renovation. Bathrooms are in very bad conditions and Air-conditioning makes lot of noise. Restaurant food is good.

Receiption staffs are not aware of how to work. Still cannot understand why they are asking for AADHAAR card then asking for Passport again asking for AADHAAR card.
Interior are mainly covered by interior-film, meanwhile they have renovated with the cheapest way.

They given me room where ac was making big noise and I noticed dust coming out. The response from front desk was poor, they send a person to clean when I was in the room. Then they changed the room as more dust was noticed. The dinner and breakfast is served with minimum options and same menu every day. I believe it is over rated ....

The check in experience was bad. Even though i had booked well in advance, i was told there was not booking on my name. I showed them the proof of booking. Even that didnt help. Finally they agreed.

It was pleasant stay but only pity thing was CHECK OUT at reception.
When I requested check out, they started contacting kitchen and making bill from then... It took 15 mins.

I stayed in room 510 in which the bathtub probably had a leakage or maybe the drainage line could not handle the volume of water. The result was that there was water on the bathroom floor as well as in the room when I came out. Clearly housekeeping needs to do a better pre-check while alloting rooms to the guests.

Bath room was bad. Food was mediocre. Not enough towels. No hair dryer. Room was mediocre. Sheets were not clean. Not a good experience. Checked out one day earlier than scheduled.

When I got to the hotel, I was told the adapter was being used by another guest. Because I had lost my portable charger, I was not able to charge my phone which had my flight information on it.The other issue I had was the shower curtain was very short and water got all over the bathroom floor when I took a shower.

I stayed two nights at lemon tree. The room was comfortable, well furnished and cosy. The most impressive aspect of the hotel is the attitude of their staff in the restaurant. They were quite friendly, serving with a smile. They had a concept called silent Saturday, as a tribute to deaf-mute people. The displays on the walls of restaurant and lobby were interesting.

Good hotel and room. Not too far from the airport - about 15 mins. Helpful staff, restaurant maybe overpriced but not bad. Bed was comfortable and clean. Free WiFi wasn't really good. Overall quite satisfied.

This is actually a 3 star hotel, and in India there are 7 stars, and so a four star rating in Expedia is very misleading. The hotel is not very clean, but for a 2-3 star hotel it is ok if that is what you are expecting, the prices were way too high for that level of quality. I moved to the Hilton, and was very satisfied.

I have stayed here a few times already, but this time I did not enjoy so much. I had requested a very quiet room but during the night some noise disturbance from another floor kept me awake. I was sorry I had not booked the new Lemon Tree hotel in Chennai instead, as I had also being looking at this, and it seems very nice.....

the checkin was comlicated affair despite paying in advance! The ac was not working despite 3 complaints terrible breakfast- eggs not made to order salt very high in chutney The tv had 50 channels with 25 channels tamil some repeated and could not be programmed ultimatel changes at 1045 pm and could see only half of the cricket match!
