I was only abset about the pool not being open but the staff was very nice and a very safe location.

The hotel is alright. There are not very nice hotels in Villahermosa. The city is very run down. We had a fine stay and parking was avaialble on site.

It was wonderful. The pool, and the view, and restaurant all served us well.

It is a fun hotel that used to be in a better category than it is now. Pool was unusable cause it was rented out to private function. nice check in staff. Breakfast not great but ok.

The gym was infested with mosquitoes, no A/C in a room with 100 F humid environment, no fan, nothing. One day they decided to repair a phone booth and drill walls producing a large amount of dust they didn't care I was exercising. The pool was disgustingly dirty. Rooms smelled, dusty blankets, mosquitoes in my room. There was a man wanting to enter my room at 3 AM. I called the reception desk and they never updated me as to what happened to this sinister individual until I had to call and they told me it was a drunk customer entering my room by mistake (?) I got sick and a nurse visited me in my room and they asked to pay $10 USD for the visit? Food was beyond nasty for the prices in dollars they were charging. I was placed in a room with constant noise all night long. My electronic key was blocked every day. I had to got to the reception desk to get it unblocked. They wanted to make sure I was not going to overstay and not pay(?) Water from faucet and shower was not clear, a little greenish, hot water was intermittent, never got a good shower. There was a nasty night reception desk worker that was always giving me a rude service in Spanish. Room attendants were really nice though. I asked them for 2 clean blankets, one that I used to place on the bed so I can lay down on it and the other one to use it to cover myself at night. yack!! I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Not that I plan on returning to this oil, non-touristic nasty town.

It was ok, the staff were nice but it could do with a refurbishment. The location is convenient as is the onsite parking.

Bad from the start @430 pm my room was not ready. Had to wait an extra hour. Got a super small room after that. No fridge, no iron. Staff very inexperienced.

Food was not good at restaurant - no flavor and looked like they melted cheese for salsa

A very nice and modern hotel, right in the center of town but not noisy. The restaurant in the hotel has a nice selection of dishes throught the day and until 10 p.m.

Convenient location, near the Zocolo, and has a nice restaurant. Police posted at the hotel for security. There were a couple of power outages when we were there, but they didn't last long.

DESAFORTUNADAMENTE NO FUE UNA BUENA EXPERIENCIA. LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA SUCIA AL LLEGAR, PÉSIMO PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO DE INTERNET, LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO A LA ZONA DE ALBERCA, LOS EMPLEADOS SIN GANAS DE TRABAJAR (RECEPCIÓN). DEFINITIVAMENTE DECEPCIONANTE.

On a 3 night stay there was never hot water on the 2 seperate floors I stayed. This was't such an issue coming in sweaty from a day out, but in early morning and late at night, no thanks.

The hotels free valet parking service was especially appreciated. Parking in that part of Villahermosa can be a nightmare.

The hotel is located in the very core of Villahermosa, so it is perfect for a walk in the evening.You have both lots of dining and shopping options right in front of it.Location cannot really be any better.The hotel itself is also very nice, especially for the price.And the staff is very nice and helpful.We had breakfast included, and it was very good.Highly recommended.

Shower is hot and powerful. Stuff is friendly but doesnt speak any English. Free parking inside the building. Room is clean and neat though AC is super old. Its on a crowded market street but it was quiet in the night.
