I booked 2 rooms and it was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the mall and Paskal market, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast was below 5-star standard compared to the other 5-star hotels I have been to in Bandung. The selections and taste were not as good as the others, which surprised me because it's a Hilton hotel.

Check in is bad. Arrive bfr 3 and we book 3 room. 1 room ready, and 2 room wait until after 3 to get the room and have to keep asking if the room ready or not. Staff is friendly. Just management not that good. Room a bit dusty and found hair.

Was there for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. Was told breakfast was until 11 o’clock which was the case on the Sunday but on the Monday it was only until 10 which we weren’t told about. We arrived at 10 minutes to 10 on Monday and got very disappointed. I think that was pretty bad to be misinformed like that, especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel surprised us with decorations for our anniversary! The staff were so welcoming and checked in with me every single day on how my stay was. The housekeeping staff was so attentive when he found out that I was ill, he offered to make teh jahe for me which made me feel so much better. Great stay overall for both my kids and my elderly parents.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel since almost everything, from the staff to its cleanliness, were up to five-star rating. Our stay would have been perfect if there had been fresh orange juice for breakfast in the restaurant

I'd been staying at Hilton several times, spending two nights there. Hilton is always my favorite place to stay while in Bandung. The room is big, cozy and sanitizedly clean. The staff always been so warm and polite. I love enjoying the pool while sitting or sleeping at the rattan cage..you'll know what i mean if u ve been there The right place to relax and stay from the busy daily work. Ps: a little upgrade needed on the pool toilet accesories.

In the Pool there is slippery tiles and my son got slipped 2 times and fall down .

a nice hotel located in the right place due to close to a mall, making it easy to find some food and anything else. Having an excellent swimming pool, that is the reason why I always choose this hotel

I planed a birthday trip to stay at the hotel for the weekend. They give me a late check out and the service is fantastic, I would definitely go there again for holiday

Hilton Bandung is close to everything. The area is packed with good food, close to the main station and has easy access to most things.

Great hotel. Even though its an old one the hotel still in a good condition. The only setback was slow room service, took abt 1hr just to deliver few towels. Definitely an area for improvement but otherwise the room was spacious, well maintained, clean and breakfast was sumptuous.

Best hotel for families. Cannot beat 2 king bed per room ... everything else is ok.
