The stay was quite satisfactory, but the bathroom amenities were not brand new and seemed to have been used before. I hope this can be improved next time.

Everything was great until check out. I was asked to pay the hotel tax when i checked in, however when i checked out, i was asked to pay it again. I had thrown away the receipt as i thought i would not need it, i didnt have proof that i had already paid it so was charged twice. Great hotel, but make sure you ask for and keep receitps

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel is situated in old town and surrounded by everything you might need such as restaurants, supermarkets etc.
Received feather pillow and a queen bed as requested. The rooms and shower are extremely large for hotel standards. Loved the “Korres” shower products in the bathroom. The gym was fantastic. Highly recommended!!

This hotel would not replace the broken safe in the room after countless times of asking. Very poor reception service and frankly rude. I believe the hotel is clean but if you ask for anything it won’t happen. It’s definitely not a Marriott

Nice and chic hotel right across from Presidential Palace. The room was large and comfortable, very clean and modernly decorated. It was very very hot those days we spent there and AC worked very well and kept us comfortable. Bathroom was large and has all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the staff at reception were great, and very helpful, allowed us a later checkout as our train to Vienna was only at 4:00 pm and they also kept our luggages after we checked out.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice room with lots of space. Didn’t have the breakfast, so can’t comment on the food, but would come back if visiting again.
Loved Bratislava. The old town was a little jewel box and the castle and Danube were the perfect backdrop.

The check in took far too long…. I wasn’t greeted, just waited and waited. There were only two people working, but 4 kiosks….. that was annoying to wait 15 mins after hours on train.

Modern hotel with nice lobby and friendly staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work very well especially on our second/final night where we struggled to sleep, the shower leaked everywhere, and our room was right next to the gym - meaning an early startling wake up when someone was using it and dropping weights from height. Disappointing end to the stay. The staff very apologetic and offered us a drink to take with us, but we left exhausted!

The room temperatures could not be regulated. You had to open windows to the street noise and loud parties below to cool them off. The staff did not show concern or offer much help.
The room itself was quite lovely and clean. The breakfast offerings were very good but when large groups came in they had difficulty keeping up and some offerings were eliminated.

The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the old town and there is a train stop a minute away so it’s located in a great spot. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff all spoke English and were all super nice

Hotel is very modern, just 2 years since complete refurbishment located at the perfect place, walkable distance to all major city spots.
