I thought that the bed was soft and I’m used to more firm mattress. Also the pillows were empty and practically non existent. I requested more pillows that we never received

The staff was amazing, the place was clean minus some detail cleaning in the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay there again.

I am handicapped and reserved an ADA accessible room with a roll in shower. My room had a tub ( thank goodness it had rails at least). When I informed the front desk of the mistake they apologized but said all the roll In shower rooms were already taken and offered me a free Ana k. The bed in the room was awful.. it was very low to the ground and sloped from the right side downwards to the left side. I ended up trying to sleep on the couch instead. When we informed the front desk about the issue with the bed she didn’t really seem to care. Based on this stay, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was great when we had problems with our flight and were going to be late. The room was ready when we arrived and very clean and spacious.

Spacious, modern, clean room. Comfortable bed. Very quiet - couldn't hear any highway noise. Elevators readily available, even during high occupancy. Walk to Whole Foods and a couple of restaurants. Dog friendly.
Desk chair not comfortable for us. Could use a plug near the closet mirror for hair drying. Hallways and elevators not cooled.

The staff in the breakfast area were incredible. Great example of customer service and pride in their work. The hotel is clean. I chose this hotel because of the Tesla charger.

The bathtub was stopped up. The shower watwr kept turning off. This place so unclean that when I used the white rag to wipe down counters in the room, it was so dirty, that it looked like it was not clean. There was other people hair strings everywhere. I will never stay here again. The dirtiest, filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Could not get checkout receipt from hotel, even though I always am able to at any hotel using third party.

We were stuck in traffic so we had to find somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel looked brand new and nice… but the staff was rude. The front desk had an attitude any time I asked a question and they were having loud conversations with each other and seemed annoyed to be interrupted. We were sad about this since that’s not how it usually is staying in a Hilton.

We had a great time. It was a very nice place to stay.
We needed to change locations of our very small get together after a ceremony, and you guys came through for us!! And we appreciate the accommodations!
The refrigerator took a while to get cold and they never really got very cold.

Room was dirty and not well taken care of. Bed was terrible with very uncomfortable mattress cover that stayed wrinkled. Heat was very loud…turned everything off.

The front desk clerk, Hannah was helpful. Clean room and comfortable room for my fiancee and I.
The only flaw was the coffee maker in the room was malfunctioning, however there was complimentary coffee served downstairs.
We will return.

The staff was very kind and showed consideration throughout our stay. They even texted us to make sure all was well with the room. Also, the area was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the highway while still feeling off the beaten path.

It was clean, safe and well equipped hotel. Close to highway but $5.00 to park car nightly, beds were very uncomfortable and they only cleaned the bathroom after the third night. Traffic noise at night in the room due to the close proximity to the highway.
