I enjoyed staying at Courtyard Cupertino. The staffs were super nice, there are a lot of places I can go nearby. The neighborhood is perfect & calm.

We stayed here one night as we were attending an event at Hyatt Regency in NPB. This is our 2nd time stayed at this hotel and we really liked as we felt safe, the room is clean and the front desk staff are very kind, always ready to help and answer our questions.

The air doesn’t go below 72 and it was hotter in the room than the hallways. I was told it can’t be changed. There is no water pressure in the shower or sink with the toilet and no where on hotels.coms website does it say $20 a night to park. That is crazy and you park yourself.

i arrived early because i mistimed a flight from the east coast. a younger woman working the front desk did her best to help me check in as soon as possible and even gave me some great advice about going to the local fair. great stay!

Sarah, Saj and Raish were the night folks at the desk and made my stay comfortable. They managed the Karen's with grace and for us regular travelers were a fun group of folks to deal with. I got ideas of what to do with my spare time in a new city, where to eat, etc. Nice place for travelers and families. Everything was clean. Thanks. H.

We found trash in our room one of the reading lamps wasn’t working, the toilet tank lid was broken, the key malfunctioned three times. Service was five stars they were very helpful.

Room next to us did not sleep at all, they were loud. Our room wasn’t as clean.

The front desk was really nice with the exception of one lady who wasn't very friendly with every encounter Other than that, it was a great experience.

Spacious room and the free breakfast in the morning was a plus! The location was convenient to UCI and to many other stores and restaurants. I would actually give it a 4.5 stars since the water pressure in the shower was so light and they forgot to clean our room the 1st day(we were there for 3 nights/4days) I had to call to let them know after coming back to room at night with no fresh towels, etc. But overall, a great stay!. The $19 parking was also expected and reasonable considering most hotels around the area charge $30-40.

Everything was cleaned, organized and all the front desk agents were extremely kind, & attentive. I was wondering why the room didn't have body lotion. all the rest of the facilities were impeccable.

We needed somewhere to stay for just one night. The hotel was clean and safe. It had very close proximity to the airport.

Property and room were very good; no complaints. I was surprised that we had to pay for overnight parking on the hotel premises though. That did not seem normal for most all of my hotel stays.

I really like the rooms. They have separate room for the toilet which I like. They have a. separate sitting and desk area which is convenient too.

The property looks good, the food is ok they have some options, the place is quiet and rooms are ok, clean, just missing bags on tras cans, over all is a good option to stay.

At first, I felt like I made a mistake booking this location since it felt like there was nothing around the area. I was wrong, less than 1 mile away, there was plenty of shopping, dining, and conveniences. Add to that the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.
We got assigned an ADA room (we are not disabled) and it was fine, however they may want to look in to roll in roll out showers. The tub already felt like it was caving in and had some soft spots.
All in all I would definitely book there again.

We stayed in Irvine for a volleyball tournament. Hotel was close, very convenient. 5 min drive from a shopping center with restaurants and entertainment.
Hotel was clean, and comfy. Staff very friendly.
There was only one tiny little thing I didn’t like: breakfast opens at 7 on the weekend. And when you have to be on the courts at 7, it’s not convenient.

My only complaint would have been the room next to us kept me and my partner up all night. Called the front desk multiple times.
