Filthy, damaged and dirty. By far the worst property I have ever stayed in.

Close to station and food outlets.. however the apartments are just average in terms of comfort and cleanliness..

Great location. Close to everything (train station, shopping centers, restaurants, public transport). The room is a little outdated, needs a bit of renovation regarding the bedding (mattress, cutlery). Overall very nice stay!

Great last minute check in - but that was the best part. Shower was mouldy, room was dirty, floors were sticky, dust and dirt everywhere, the couch was collasped into itself, doors that were unable to be locked, no TV remote but the worst bit was the GIANT BUGS running all through the place. (Videos for evidence that I cannot upload here) Honestly the worst stay i have had in Parramatta - shame as the location was great!

Average place and reasonable accommodation close to Parramatta station They close reception around 10 pm. An issue is if u have early check out there is no one and u need to keep keys where ??

Friendly check in staff. Easy and affordable parking. The two bedroom is a very good size, beds were good. Bathrooms were good. The room itself was very tired, paint needs a freshen up, outdoor furniture on balcony in terrible condition. The whole building, hallways, reek of cooking from the other apartments, i guess tenants of the building. This was very over powering. Convenient walk to Westfield and dining.

Staff is really friendly and helpful to attend your needs.

While it was a convenient and good sized property, the maintenance required is high!

Very run down, things broken, dusty, marks on walls, shower door broken and couldn’t be closed, no batteries in remotes.

Had to stay at Parramatta for work/study purposes. Incredibly unclean with mould in showers. Microwave had food all through it. Balcony doors didn’t lock so felt unsafe. Not good ventilation, only balcony doors which was only glass doors so was afraid to have them open in case birds came it. It stunk so bad of musty uncleanliness, by the 3rd morning I was dry retching and having to walk outside so I didn’t throw up. The neighbors were smoking on their balcony even though they weren’t allowed and it was going straight into my room. I asked the reception for wifi password and he said “it should be on your modem” - I didn’t have a modem. I went back down next day and a woman wrote down the password. It worked but it was so slow I couldn’t even use it. Worst experience ever. I’ll be sure to read reviews before booking hotels next time.

Place was great and staff very helpful and attentive. The room was great and as expected for an apartment stay. However the pool was freezing cold, the sauna was broken and not able to be used, and the spa could hardly be called a spa as there was only one jet doing its best and it was barely lukewarm. Other than that a nice place to stay!

Great place. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Very convenient place to stay.

Very used furniture, quite noisy from outside at night, noise bouncing off other large buildings. However great location, however can stay at other hotels for less or same with more confort.

So close to train station and Westfield. Great value for parking.

Convenient location for my triip

Staff helpful. Suite tired and various things need attention. Facilities mediocre- we had to ask for glasses. Location excellent for us.

The only good thing was the location The unit had almost no television input 2 channels only which constantly broke The balcony was cover with pigeon dropping there was a table out there but no chairs The toilet holder in th bath was broken and inthe lounge room there was an old broken and sagging leather 3 seater . The bed was okay

Centrally located so catching a train is quick. Nice view on the 13th floor. The unit was dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade with many things broken or missing. A lounge or comfortable chairs would be nice too.

Staff were lovely, room was immaculate but there were a few maintenance issues. Very apologetic when I told them though.

The room was tired but relatively clean. The whole building smelt of cooking smells (onion, garlic, curry) which I could not get rid of by opening the doors. The worst part was the amount of noise! My neighbours came home and woke me up at 10:30pm and proceeded to play basketball in their apartment, slam doors, yell loudly and generally make a nuisance of themselves until 2am! I yelled out to them at one point to keep it down but to no avail. The management should be on top of this. I will never stay again.

Check in time stated 2pm-5pm but I could check in late, apartment needed some work (broken bathroom light above mirror, exhaust fan not working in bathroom, smoke alarm missing), extremely noisy from 7am, as high rise construction very close by.

Good location. Handy to Riverside Theatre. Clean. Could use some character (paintings, greenery on balcony). Very minimalist. However, supplied all wants and needs.

Room was poorly maintained. Stains on carpet and walls. Furniture was unusable due to worn fabric on lounge. Bathroom was unhygienic

It was cheap and fine … but not particularly nice. Tv didn’t have reception. Shower door was falling off. Lots of chipped paint. A strange smell throughout the property. But overall… manageable and the cheapest I could find at the time.
