The room were very old, the washroom was dirty.

Room service was terrible. My wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. They have not changed the towels and refill the coffee/tea/sugar for the 2nd day. Very poor room service. Somehow I had good image of the Ginger group that has completely changed.

No one in hotel staff is there to take care for you, Room price maximum should be 1500 Per Day, Highly Overcharged, Worst Service, Unprofessional Reception Staff. Room Condition is pathetic.

Liked then quick in and out, near to transportation providers and very good breakfast and very nice and understanding staff.

Food, service, housekeeping, and room maintenance were good but can be improved. The cleanliness of the common areas was good.
Almirah and the area around the fridge had too much dust. It can be improved. Intercom didn't work properly. Even after fixing it, there was too much static noise so couldn’t hear anything.

The trip experience was not to great as lot of improvement can be made on facility, in-house facility, pure Jain food. All the best.

Arrived late & left early next morning. Comfortable stay in clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in & our was quick & easy. Location is convenient when traveling inter city as it’s near the expressway.

great. Hotel is situated at great location. Staff is very helpful.

Earlier, dinner buffet was served - now it is not being served and exorbitant rates are charged for each item on the dinner menu.
Staff is not polite enough to allow early check in unless you argue with them and then will do so.
It used be my preferred hotel but now I need to look for other options as well.

1. There was no hot water in the bathroom till 630 AM
2. The intercom was not working so could not inform the front desk
3. Even my call on their landline number was not attended.

It was a pleasing stay. Got a room on the 3th floor and the early morning sunrise is an amazing view. Overall experience was pleasing.
