Well we really love our stay and we are thinking of coming back there’s only one little thing I wasn’t happy about and it’s I got charged for the parking lot everything else it was wonderful I will recommend people that I know

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. So many facilities and so well maintained. Rooms were great! Plenty of space and the condition and up keep was exceptional.
Looking forward to our next trip already!

The property was nice and the rooms were beautiful and everything looked new and modern, the only thing is that we were by the quiet pool and planned to go but the pool was closed with noisy repairs so we couldn’t open the door and enjoy the terrace because of the noise and dust. The rooms had phones that dis not call the lobby they gave you a QR code to look for you hotel then call and get a machine and no one ever answered so we had to go to the lobby to ask for late check out because it was at 10am and they let us stay till 11:30. I would stay there again the gim was good and they had allot of other things to enjoy in the property.

Cons: daily parking pass charge. Ridiculous this not New York City or South Beach with limited parking it’s a wide open desert. Also lots of construction noise due the water slide park next door being built. This will be a year long project.
No filtered water stations. Restaurant only open for dinner. Other than that it was nice. The rooms are nice, comfy and a stocked kitchen so you can cook. Bed is comfy. I was able to plug in my streaming tv box and watch my own content. It’s right along the awesome Desert Willow golf course so I was able to practice putting 😉

Such a wonderful place to stay and do much to do with your family. So many pools and slides. Everyone is so kind and helpful . Definitely a must stay. We will be back again

Good location, clean and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive. We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa and loved everything about it. Everything you need is included. Grounds are clean and pretty.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas is a stunning property. They called a few weeks before our arrival and asked if we had any special requests. They offered to place us by the quiet pool and that was an exceptional choice. Our suite was very clean and comfortable and we loved the location. Highly recommended!

The front desk is clueless. They charged us twice, the front desk person had extreme difficulty communicating. Very frustrating. Not where you want to stay if you are expecting a hotel experience. Will never stay again. She charged it twice and we are still monitoring our CC account to make sure the second doesn’t go through. To reconcile we were given a coupon to get from the concierge. It was a Saturday afternoon. She said to come back as there were not any concierges working that day. Next morning, when checking out. I went back in to redeem the coupon. ONLY with the concierge this could be done. Well, guess what, THEY DON’T HAVE concierges at this facility. At least what I was told when checking with the front desk the next morning. A clown show and totally unprofessional.

This hotel is lovely. But CAUTION…….fine print warning….it costs EXTRA (not allowed to post costs on here) PER DAY to park your car when there’s more than ample parking….acres as a matter of fact. I understand if it was LA, NY or SF but out in Palm Desert during off season and 108 degrees. I find that price gouging from the establishment so I left! They never informed me when they took my cc for deposit, I asked what it was for, they said room essentials to be refunded after my stay. NOT ONE WORD ABOUT CHARGING ME AN ADDITIONAL $xx PER DAY to park! Ridiculous, unfair, unjust unless you go deep into your reservation to read the FINE PRINT!!

What I was very unhappy with- Hotels.com customer service and the effort used to not honor a match price- a difference of $100. She was adamant that it was not the same room. Questioning the whirl pool tub. I’ve been to this property multiple times- and was sure it was the same. In the end-it was the same room and the price was not matched.
Moving forward- I’ll schedule directly with Marriott ( A shame since this was my fourth trip I used the website this summer)

This was a great place to stay. We were in building 8 and overlooked the "Quiet Pool" which was perfect for us. It was advertised as a two bedroom but it was really two separate units with adjoining doors via the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable (the pillows were a little soft and packed support) and the kitchen was nicely equipped with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The only drawback was the shuttle service. Being at the far end of the complex it was a hike to get to the restaurant or store. We would call for a shuttle and were regularly told "10 to 15 minutes" which was absolutely not true. It was more like a 30 minute wait. I have no issue with this if you communicate with me but standing outside in 107 degrees with humidity waiting for 20 minutes for a shuttle was not ideal. Aside from this we had a very good experience.

Will definitely return property is perfect the restaurant is not all that you’re better off going outside of the resort the pool was great. The drinks were great overall did home cooking. I love that they have a full kitchen.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The pools were not clean, bugs and trash were floating everywhere. Left over trash from the day before was all around the pool area. The floors in the elevator were covered with dirt and not cleaned during entire 4 day stay. The bathroom shower drain was clogged with excessive amounts of hair, a technician had to be called to unclog it. I was very disappointed.

Honestly we don’t have one little complaint. From check in to checkout everything was great! Especially thought all of the staff were wonderful. They were accommodating, cheerful and actually seemed to like their jobs. The pools were clean and grounds well maintained. The villas had everything in them you could possibly need. They were super clean and beds were comfy. We wish we could have stayed longer.
