No hot water the night of and the morning after. The highlight of our stay was Ms. Cathy our welcoming committee during breakfast!!! Her personality was phenomenal. Customer service is important and she should be an example for all employees. She is definitely an asset and takes pride in her job!! Hats off to Cathy . She needs a raise

The room was very dirty, bugs, worn and unclean furniture, bathroom was held together with chalk, I was glad I only had to sleep there for two nights. If I did not have family in other rooms I would have left.

There was a booger on my sheets when I got into the room so i stripped my sheets immediately. The desk chair looked like they got it from the trash it looked horrible. The tub has stains in it that made you feel it was not clean. The fridge obviously did not fit in the cabinet and it was irritating to have to open and close it. It was not enough lighting in the room. The bathroom had a lot of lighting. I literally hated the shower bar and curtain it was made weird and was hard to close. Overall it was just for one night but I definitely did not feel like I was in a clean and upgraded room.

Overall, the stay was nice and pleasant, until I discovered that the refrigerator was not cooling, took a while to get a replacement. Hotel was out of the body wash provided, no cleaning until you check out!

I loved the breakfast provided in the morning and being close to everything ! Didn’t know they were pet friendly we had dogs next to us that barked all night none stop and we have a young child that kept waking up due to the constant barking all night .

When I arrive to the hotel the receptionist inform that they don’t have room for me and will call another hotel to find a room for me, I don’t understand that because I haved the confirmation of my reservation and they know but they didn’t have a room for me, I insisted that they’d have to resolved my situation and I didn’t accepted another hotel because I have my reservation there, then than hour that I have arrived they find finally a room for me but not attending my disgust and I try to speak with the manager or person in charge an never appeared very bad attention

I am sorry that i can't comment on this as me my wife and daughter was stranded in airports for 5 days and when we asked about our reservation the hotel said it had been cancelled. It was so lucky that i have family in panama city they kindly put us up for the remainder of our holiday. We have been compensated for the hotel but i also paid for car hire and was not able to get the car either so i would like if you could look into this and any compensation for the 5 days we lost of our holiday. Thanking you Mr Willis...

The property was nice overall and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the key card machine was down so we had no access to our room. A staff member had to walk us to our room each time we left it.

The couch absolutely needs to be cleaned or changed out. It was disgusting. And the room smelt like cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free facility.

Shower curtain was gross and didnt close causing a large amount of water on the floor. Asked for help cleaning it up and no response. Refrigerator leaked. Vent on aircontioner was busted up. Requested more towels and nothing. Couches in lobby was stained. Chair in room was stained. We could'nt wait to leave.

My hotel didn’t have bed covers or sheets. There was no remote present in my room . My check in was horrible. Will never stay at this place again!!!!! More than likely going to go to corporate with this stay!

The hallways were 90 degrees to ge to the room. My ac in the room looked like it was about to fall apart. The room was hot the entire time. The ac unit made hellacious noises. Needs to be replaced. The water pressure was terrible and my room never got serviced while I was there. Also the first night there was nowhere to park in site either.
