It was perfect! The only thing we were disappointed with was that we had requested housekeeping services for three days when they asked us and no one ever came.

Front desk staff was awesome! Very friendly and informative of the area. Plus early check in was a bonus

Both stays were very satisfying. I especially love that it’s within walking distance from Stage AE.

Great stay right across from PNC field and short walk to Acrisure.

The room had plenty of space for me and my family. There was a small kitchen area and table for quick meal making for my kids.

Had to dock a star due to the extremely loud AC unit in the room. Thankfully we brought earplugs and we only stayed one night. The room was otherwise great, nice setup, comfy bed. Staff were all pleasant. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before buffet closed and the eggs were so dried out as to be inedible BUT they offer gluten free muffins which was awesome. Would recommend.

We stayed at the hotel to see a concert outside of Pittsburgh. Very good location and breakfast was great.

The kocation is great. The "free" wasn't so good. Mediocre at best. All 6 days had pork sausage, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. No variety.

Really affordable rates with very nice rooms for the price and nice building as well.

DIRTY bathroom, heavy dust in vent, door was filthy. No liquid soap at all. Registration tool almost 30 minutes due to lines. Parking lot was packed, had to make a space.

Good area convenient for concert. Just not a lot of parking and was very congested. Now was a large outdoor venue but would be nice to have more parking or garage just for hotel or use whole lot and not section of it. But it’s a city and parking is a premium.

If you are going to a sports event in Pittsburgh stay here. Get there early for convenient hotel parking and everything is walkable.

We had a great experience at this hotel the staff and everything was amazing. They even worked out everything with the rush and the card systems being down. And with some of the guests beimg rude they never had a bad attitude or anything. Would recommend this place to everyone, and will definitely be back to stay at this place again.

Entrance to the hotel is hidden and there is no visible sign of the hotel name. Available space for cars in front of the hotel entrance is very limited - glad it was not busy - otherwise it would have been tricky to get checked in. Breakfast was ok, but would have preferred fresh fruit other than banana. Room was fine and the ac worked well.

Excellent location if attending a game at PNC Park. You can practically touch the stadium. Location is also good if you want to walk to restaurants. I feel as though the breakfast options are getting less and less at Residence Inns. At this particular time it was very crowded. One or two waffle makers don’t cut it with the time it takes to use them and the amount of people who want them. For the price per night that you get gauged for wanting to stay here to see a baseball game Marriott could … maybe come up with a better breakfast system.

Location is ideal for walking to the north shore or downtown. The light rail is also free in this area and super convenient.

Chose this particular location due to its proximity to PNC Stadium. Had a great time and the staff was amazing. Only gave it four stars because the "pool" sucked.

Very convenient location; used the bbq facilities and worked perfectly- well stocked rooms/kitchenette; never had a problem getting fresh towels/linens; pull out sofa not the most comfortable for our 16yr old but he managed ok; decent water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water; lovely ladies in the breakfast area & gluten free options were avail… would stay again

This hotel is wonderful if you are planning to watch baseball games. It’s just across the street from PNC park. We did not get enough towels and it took several calls to get more. There is not service for rooms (we were told every other day but we had 0 days of service). The pool is very small. The breakfast area is very crowded and they ran out of food. Parking is $25 per day and very easy next to the hotel. Even with the few negatives we would stay here again due to the convenience.

The common areas of hotel were too warm…turn down the AC! The bed was very uncomfortable…sagging mattress with a very small top sheet. Cigarette smoke from somewhere invaded my room 5 days and nights out of 7…absolutely awful.

It was in a nice neighborhood and i had no issue with the room being unclean.

At first glance it looks like a great hotel until you dig in. First off it advertises being able to sleep 4 we had 3 and planned to use the pull out sofa bed. BAD CHOICE. First the sofa bed had no pillows left for it the blanket was the scratchiest thing ever and at about 2 in the morning the bed caused the sleeper to not be able to stand upright bc of the bars in their back upon using the bathroom. Then the bathroom had broken items. The phone on the desk when we went to call for pillows for the pullout had no chords - not to plug into the wall or from the handset to the actual base. Insane. Found another phone and were told ok pillows will be up. After waiting 45 mins (it was 12:30) was told the guy with the key to the pillows never showed up for work so they couldn’t bring us any. Too tired to freak out we let it go but the pillows we requested were not delivered until 6:30 PM the following day. Breakfast was not what it should be and the bar/ restaurant they advertised having on site was a block away in another Marriott hotel. I usually trust a Marriott but not this time.

If you’re going to PNC park for Pirate game a quick walk across the street. Only a couple blocks to football stadium for Steelers or Panthers game. Free breakfast with good coffee. Parking right behind building though a fee. Large room with full kitchen. Carpet got feet dirty but otherwise clean though room a bit worn. Bed comforter & nice size tv that turned to face lounge coach or bed. Best choice if you’re going to games though if you’re spending lots a time downtown beware parking there is hard to find

Loved staying here. Everything is in walking distance including nightlife and loads of museums. I will definitely be staying here again.
