The service provided was excellent. The lake is about 10 minutes walk and there are many shops and restaurants in the area.

The staff were so polite friendly and helpful. Michael from reception went over and beyond his duties by loaning his own coat on a cold and unexpected evening. High Praise indeed.

Decent hotel for one or two nights. The staff are lovely and service is very good. The hotel could do with an upgrade though as it seems quite old and out-dated.

I think almost everything was good, especially the staff were very sweet and helpful! Breakfast could have had more bread options, and the pillows were a little too thick. Also you could hear a lot from the street outside, but otherwise I can’t complain at all. The AC worked fine and it was a clean room.

There is no electric outlet around the bed. This is inconvenient for tourists. All staffs are friendly and helpful.

Brian at the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast and coffee was excellent.

I selected an early check-in and paid extra, only to find out that I was downgraded to a cheaper room. There was no water during most of day and sporadic hot water when water was available. Complained TV was not working two consecutive days and gave up after that. I suppose that’s what I get for an inexpensive stay. Would not book them again. In fact, I cancelled my return booking.

Clean, spacious, and good location

Even the staff was nice, the property needed help. They shut off the water without notice, the room phone did not work, and there were electric plugs and night stand on one side of the bed only.

Property is little run down but it is in old town Ha Noi so it is expected. The staffs are very attentive and nice. Location in prime. Walkable to all most attraction in own town quarter. Would stay here again.

The staff at Jacosmo, couldn't be more helpful, and its a great location.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, with a few furniture being worn out. For instance, the cabinet knobs are missing and the toilet roll holder broke twice, Also, the cleanliness of the bedding is not desirable, with occasional black marks and even blood stains while we have not used them yet. However, the hotel staff are quick to respond to all the issues politely. Finally, one bright spot is that the breakfast is quite good with a few selection and some extra food that can be ordered from the menu for free. Overall, given the low price, it is still a nice hotel with good service.

The staff at Jacosmo were friendly and very helpful when we needed to order cars to places. The services and the room were both great for the price and we enjoyed our stay here ver much.

Great location walkable to the central of old quarter. My room has street view it was nice . Room was clean, the staffs were very sweet and helpful. The bathtub had good strong pressure warm water , feel great .I love the breakfast buffet many choices. For the price I didn’t expect to receive all those good qualities it provided and I was very impressed. I will chose this hotel again if I travel to Ha Noi.

Great room and great location in the old city next to hoan kiem lake. Many great food options in the area. Staff are very helpfully and attending to all needs. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi.

I love this boutique hotel , for the price it’s totally worth it ! As soon as I checked in , the staffs were so friendly, helpful. I feel welcome . The room is clean, hot shower was awesome. This is my favorite hotel if I visit Ha Noi , I will come back here again . Thủy , the receptionist girl was very sweet , the breakfast buffet here is good ! I wish I looked here longer ! Staff was very nice and helpful - super attentive and so nice, and laundry service was quick, but the room was tiny tiny tiny, and very dark. The furniture, walls, bathroom etc were all in need of repair, and the window didn’t shut all the way which made it a bit hard to sleep (Hanoi is loud!). The furniture and walls are all a dark color which gives the room an even smaller feeling and the window was looking out at the wall of the next building (no view and no light). The shower is for very short people (I’m 5’1” and I felt a bit like it was too small for me) and the walls of the bathroom were glass/the door doesn’t really close so you must be ok with sharing all with your travel companion. Breakfast is ok, but not great. We found other Hanoi hotels a bit better for the money.

Pro Wonderful team of service staff Breakfast simple but nice Con Booked 2 family city View rooms but not available upon 1st check in. Given rooms with no view. 2nd check in upon return from Sapa given right type of rooms but one room with aircon not working and window ajar due to broken handle.

Incredibly friendly staff - good recommendations on food and cafes. Breakfast is included and very nice. The location is great with many places in walking distance. Room is clean and nice.

Jacosmo Hotel is a very good choice if you wish to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff were obliging and very efficient .

Property was good and clean. Close by lake and most of attractions. Hotel staff was also cooperative and helpful. Only thing i missed is swiming pool, gym and breakfast portion was limited.

Brian made me feel at home. He want above and beyond my expectations to be as helpful as possibleI. I only rated the cleaning the way I did because there seemed to be an infestation of very small spiders. It was a clean place it was just the spiders. Other than that it was clean. Not bad location close to lake.

The staff at JaCosmo are absolutely amazing! They made our trip very easy and smooth with transportation and local recommendations.

Handy for shopping round the old quarter

Hotel has alot of charm. A little outdated but overall very satisfied. The staff was very helpful and professional! The manager Kim and her staff did a good job taking care of us. Only complaint was our first room the A/C was broken. But they accommodate us and move us to another room. We will be back. Thanks
