Second time at this hotel. Very enjoyable and close access to the masjid and food courts on up levels in the mall. Check-in was swift, but unfortunately our first evening was bad due to noisy neighbouring guests shouting between 2-3am in the morning. Our room had an inter-connecting doorway to the adjacent room. These doors are NOT sound proof. Complained to reception, they offered to move us to another room...a shame as we like the room but had to settle for a slightly older designed room. We did not cause the nuisance but it was us which had to be moved. Anyway, housekeeping staff were excellent in turndown service each night when we came back from the masjid. Overall a very comfortable stay, but if I was to book again at the Fairmont would make sure we avoid rooms with interconnecting doorways. Also at check out, concierge / bell boy service was VERY slow in sending someone for our bags on checkout...we ended up taking or own luggage down as we risked being late for our flight.

The staff lost my luggage for 2 hrs , we kept waiting on our room and received calls from various folks, each asking if our bags have made it to the room. They later found our bags in someone else's room, smh

Hotel is very nice and clean the staff is great all the staff in this hotel they treat the guests extremely excellent I think we going to come back to this hotel again

We enjoyed staying in Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The best thing about our stay in the Fairmont Makkah Clock Tower was its conveniently close distance to the Haram! We will definitely book our future stays here when we travel to Makkah in the future In'Shaa'Allah!

We checked in at this hotel after traveling by road from Madina to Mecca. We were tired and exhausted. The staff at checking made our checking process as smooth as possible. We were even upgraded for free to a residential suit. We had the best stay

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is fantastic and beautiful. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Only concern was that the shower isn’t sealed properly so water gets all over the bathroom floor.
