Great location in walking distance of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Harajuku.

Not a new fancy hotel but great location and nice large rooms. Great location. Short walk to Shibuya crossing and lots of hip new bars and cafes within a stones throw.

When we entered the room we first thought it was very small. To our delight we discovered a hallway leading to a second bedroom with its own bathroom.

Staff in the hotel was kind but physical key is required to open the room and had to give it back to the front desk when you have to go out, that was not convenient system for this hotel. Room was not modern type but as location considered, the price for staying this hotel was not bad in overall.

Location was good. The bar outside the hotel was great! The hotel is dated but was fine for the one night I was staying

Our first trip to Japan, hotel is located near everything we needed - shopping, food & bars, train, etc. Staff were super friendly, our room was serviced daily (vs other countries you now have to request room service). There was only a smoking room available when we booked, we were a little hesitant as we didnʻt want the funk smell of smoke on our sheets/carpet but we were pleasantly surprised there was none. Very happy with the choice we made. Thank you Shibuya Creston Hotel for the hospitality, definitely recommend. We will definitely be returning.

The staff weee great and it was a convenient location close to everything but if your not a smoker or don’t what the cigarette smell on your clothes I wouldn’t recommend this hotel respectfully

We were very pleased with this hotel. It's in a great location but not as expensive as many other hotels in the area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and communicating in English was easy. The standard of cleanliness was very high and the rooms pleasantly decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Shibuya

Nice hotel in a good spot. Only negative I would say is the aging the key at the counter each time you leave is strange and they just give you the key once you say your room number so I hope behind the scenes they do some sort of check that it was actually you.

The Creston Shibuya was a great place for us to stay on our first visit to Tokyo! It was less than a half mile to Shibuya Crossing and all of the shops and restaurants around there (also the metro station). It was walkable to Yoyogi Park and the amazing winding shopping streets of Harujuku. The Creston itself was nestled inside a quiet area just outside the mayhem of the crossing - a great respite after a day of exploring. The hotel is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful - loved receiving and giving full bows when we said our goodbyes. We would stay there again!

This seemed like an older, fancier business hotel, but regardless we loved it for our leisure stay back in November. It was really nice and in an interesting area of Shibuya about 10 min walk from the bustle. Front desk staff members were amazing and very helpful with any questions we had. The rooms had lots of amenities which is always a plus for people traveling light!

The Creston is a good moderate hotel. Placed in a great neighborhood with restaurants and shopping right outside. It is definitely very 1980s but that didn't bother me at all. They still use a metal key that is left at the desk when you leave. Being Japan is the safest place in the world, not an issue. We stayed in the suite, which was by far the largest hotel room I've ever had. There was a seating area with an TV and a large desk in the room. Beds may have been queens and comfy cots for the kids. The windows actually opened and a build in radio that played relaxing Japanese music. If you don't mind the 80s decor, or actually like it, this place is great. Bellwood bar is just outside and worth a drink or two.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved how close this hotel is restaurants shops and bars and only 10 mins away from Shibuya crossing.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much bother. Laundry was beautifully done. Only downside lack of opening windows. Highly recommended. Well located.

Only stayed one night, Rooms are small but OK. I loved the traditional breakfast and the setup of the restaurant, it is very Japanese and authentic.

Excellent service, great staff

I was a little nervous about this hotel but was surprising pleased. The hallways did smell like smoke but our non-smoking room did not. The rooms were very small in comparison to our normal American hotels we are accustomed to but it was cozy and nice. Easy to walk anywhere we needed to go! Super convenient! Always felt very safe walking anywhere in Shibuya district.

We stayed five nights at the Creston and found it to be very comfortable. The hotel is located about 13 minutes walk north of the railway station. The room was more spacious than normal and was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The wi-fi was quite slow in the morning, but was of good speed in the evening. This hotel was a quiet haven and such a contrast to busy Shibuya.

Shibuya was just down the street but just far enough where you could sleep at night and get away from the crowds. Will stay here again

The listing did not mention it’s a smoking room. To my surprise, they told me I had booked a smoking room. I’m a non smoker and have allergies. The room stinks!!!!!! and carpet is old and worn out.
