It's a very noisy and poor-quality food hotel. Cleaning staff screams and makes annoying with furniture dragged on the floor since 7am, sometimes the staff-team doesn't speak English at all, food doesn't taste good and food labels are missing. Not a 4-star hotel! Stay away!

Basic but completely ok. Suitable for families. Clean. Good bathroom/ shower. Toilet that flushes properly! Room a bit poky for 4. Quiet at nights. Some staff need training in reception and restaurant. Food fine and certainly plentiful although no frills. Restaurant a bit hectic and noisy at peak times. Pools really great - the best part! Especially the quieter Breezers fresh water pool. Entertainment ok. Impossible to get taxis from the hotel which was a problem trying to get to the hidropark. But there’s a free bus to the beach. It’s actually only 15 mins to walk to the beach anyway. You can’t really compare it to more upmarket hotels but lagotel does the job and we had a great holiday. So if you aren’t really fussy it’s ok.

We had an amazing stay at EIX lagohotel. Upon arrival, we met a lovely receptionist called Siana, she was very welcoming. Our room was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised. The room had a double bed and a couch bed which was not expected. The breakfast was lovely, a huge range to choose from and plenty of food. The pool was lovely, 2 bars, and a shop also on site. We couldnt fault it.A special shoutout to Siana who went above and beyond for us over the weekend as we tried to get to a wedding. All the receptionists were so helpful and they deserve to be recognised. Thanks so much.

He saw us arriving and instead of welcoming us he literally started yelling at us because we park ed right in front of the building just like we would have done it at any other hotel to check in! We were shocked!! Couldn’t believe his behavior basically all night long on and on … he refused selling food to us at the time of the night 9 pm ! Honestly the way he spoke to us was not properly at all! We decided to stay ONLY because we didn’t want to lose our money. be ready to receive this kind of very unfriendly welcoming of you decide to stay here but we DO NOT recommend this place at all unless they get rid of this rude , unprofessional person! Very good hotel excellent service , the food is quite good , pools are great , the only issues are : Mosquitoes are terrible , there is not enough entertainment in the pool , though Laia and Fabian are really great and lovely

The room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was of a buffet style, with a decent variety of breakfast food available. The location is not great as it is a bit far from the awesome Playa de Muro, however the hotel has a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach every 30 minutes (I have t tried it so I cannot comment on it)

Good food clean room only issue was v. Rude night service manager I’ve already explained on trip advisor the problem ... all other staff were v polite such a shame

Everything was good, welcome, room, cleanliness food and location.

Friendly environment for families. Facilities clean and available. Shuttle bus makes beach accessible within 5 mins. Food lovely. Could always get a sun lounger by the pool which was great for the kids. Choice of 3 pools so rarely overcrowded. Would go again.

This is a lovely hotel with a mixture for the adults and children, food was great something for everyone. Adults only pool was a little bit of heaven perfect for sunbathing.Only 2 downfalls there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room so had to wait till breakfast to get a drink, you could hire a kettle but it wasn’t well advertised. Also the air conditioning was switched off when balcony door opened, if you didn’t shut it properly the air con didn’t come back on but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Overall a brilliant hotel and will definitely be returning

Rooms were very modern, clean, well lit with lots of natural lighting and airy. The adult pool was lovely and clean

Classy pleasant professional staff. From reception to the guys in the bar restaurant. Cleaning staff all were excellent. Cleanest hotel I have been in and I have travelled to many places. I went with my 81 year old Mum and it is also very accessible if you have any ailments. Food is good and I was impressed with food left out as we had an early flight. Marvellous place and I will come back with my kids. Very family orientated place. Look out for Mercedes when she smiles at you the world is a brighter place
