Staff were friendly Tap in bathroom leaked, fridge and tv didnt work, kettle lid was broken. Pool was nice Proximity to Taj Mahal was good, and there was a view of the monument from the terrace restaurant

Horrible experience , despite paying premium price ,They placed us in basement room where the window was 10 feet high from the ground ,you can’t have even fresh air. The only positive experience we had was breakfast.

I stayed here 2 nights while visiting the Taj Mahal and other heritage sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was pretty good, and my stay included breakfast (a buffet served on the bottom floor next to the in-hotel handcrafts shop). My only complaint is that the bathroom and touch surfaces in my room could have been a bit cleaner. Luckily I travel with disinfecting wipes and was able to touch up as needed. My room was on the floor under the lobby, which I thought strange at first, but then I realized how dark and quiet it was for sleeping. It was so perfect. The best thing about this hotel is the location, just 500 meters from the East gate of the Taj Mahal, on a pedestrian friendly road. I felt very comfortable walking to the Taj in time for sunrise from here as a solo female traveler.

The Hotel Manager was excellent and assisted in every way from Tour guide to transport...I must also mention the tour guide who provided excellent service during tour of Taj Mahal
