Very helpful service staff, and efficient room cleaning staff. Good and delicious variety of dishes for breakfast. Hotel need to better improve its facilities such as the hotel wifi and room air-condition system.

This is my third stay. The hotel was wonderful. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent surrounding. They immidiately responded to my complaint and even 'çompensate' me on it which is a very good move to ensure my 'come back'. Room and toilet cleanliness must be improved. Lighting is also a set back, pls make the room and toilet brighter. AC is not cool enough. WIFI not good during my stay. I was told they are having some problems in WIFI systems.

Hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. It is difficult to close the door. The most important thing is that the front desk service can't be difficult. Let the front desk attendant help the taxi to overcharge the 200,000 rupiah tip.

hotel good. tiles in bathroom did not slope toward drain . meaning a little water could pool there. security guard escorts you to your room of an evening. just standard procedure. looks inside to see if you travelling alone. and if yes you get a call at 1am asking if you want a massage

It was average.

Our room was upgraded from superior room 117 to grand deluxe room 518 as there was problem with wifi coverage. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ten minutes to Pasar Baru Trade Centre and to Alun Alun Bandung. The only con is insufficient lighting in the room.

Hotel is centrally located in the city (and may experience heavy traffic jam at certain hours). Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. But shower area in the toilet is dirty - we found a small cockroach.

Room was very old with drawings on the wall. Lights were not working properly and room was not well lit. Breakfast selection was great.

This my 5th in this lovely hotel in Bandung.All the staff is helpful and friendly. Ms Neny is always there if I need something.She Upgrade my room without any extra charge. Breakfast is a lot and Tasty.I will be back to this hotel again and again

Good hotel on the whole, except: Saturday evening was disturbed by a wedding where the noise is broadcasted directly into the rooms. Sunday morning 7am I got woke up by church services held near my room. Sunday night had another wedding, but I decided to stay out shopping instead.

The hotel places in the middle town area, so it's easy to anywhere from there.The room properties is bad, like's a smoking hotel room. the glass is unclean, the wardrobe door is broken.

Carpet a little dirty, buffet breakfast was so so. English Language was an issue with staff. House keeping too a while to come. Good pts are central location, beds are clean, toilet was acceptable

3 years in a row and never been to other hotels in Bandung. Helpful staff. The securities automatically helped you to get a cab when you walked out of the hotel. Some can even helped to bargain if the taxi don't use meter. Recommended to travel around by Angkutan Kota. Way much cheaper. The most ex I spent was Rp.5000. Taxi the cheapest I spent was Rp.50,000. Pasar Baru is 10 mins walk. 10mins drive to the aiport (if no traffic). The streets are quite safe now compared to the previous years.

Baby court provided by hotel which is free. Nice food. Clean hotel. Walking distance to Pasar Baru, Maybank, Mart.

We booked 3 rooms and found the hotel is beyond our expectation. Masjid is within walking distance. Its great. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Your front desk and porter service are very friendly people. I will definitely return for longer stay. (My only concerns was my room water is always brown in colour, perhaps only my room as my other 2 rooms the water was o)

It was a nice and comfortable hotel located in the city of Bandung. The room is average (not too small and not big either) and clean with efficient furnitures. Overall my family enjoyed our stay here..

we have a surprice welcome cake and fruits.and i was upgraded from a standard room to deluxe room without any additional chargers.Breadfast with alot of variety and special.

I stayed at this hotel after seeing high reviews in tripadvisor and was dissapointed. Service is not of high standard and hotel is very local in it's feel. If you are travelling to Bandung its better to stay at International kind of hotel which would be more pleasant.

Nice place to stay & will come again. Delighted with welcome fruits & cake. Attached rooms convenient to family group.

Near Pasar Baru Shopping,breakfast is good and worth for your money

Request early check in, the front desk staff then ask me to fill in the registration form and once i finished it, he informed me that they are still preparing for the room. I waited for 2 hours and i asked the front desk staff is the room not finished yet? and the front desk informed: it's already finished. sorry. i sat at sofa just beside the front desk, he supposed can informed me if the room is finished so that i dont need to wait until 2 hours. room at 1st floor facing the rood are so noisy. TIPS: choose the room facing the restaurant to avoid the noise from the road.
