Great place in great location with a great team.

Everything was perfect! All the employees were always smiling and kind. Pools are great and not crowded. Rooms are clean and quiet spacious. The downside is the sound insulation is not good.
It should be noted that when you go to the sea in the afternoon because of the low tide, it is too shallow to swim. But it's good enough to lie on a sunbed.
I recommend here to everyone!

We booked two garden rooms and stayed 5 nights here. We loved the buffet breakfast and the West Pool which is close to the Lazy River. The aqua aerobics was fun.
There wasn’t much variety of dishes though for the Indonesian Spice buffet dinner, good thing we were able to use our dinner voucher for it so there was no extra cost to us.
There is a side exit to the street market which was convenient.
Good walking distance to the beach, it is a further walk though to get to the Courtyard Beach Club which is closer to the shuttle drop off.
We enjoyed the Balinese massage and facial.
On the negative side, we could hear noise from the corridor and from people over our rooms. Also there was a time when we had to wait for longer than usual for our lunch and they brought out the wrong dish.
Thank you to to the Beach Club staff (didn’t get his name) who did first aid on my husband and to the hotel doctor and the staff in the reception who assisted us in nursing his wound.

Generally, it was a really good stay, staff was polite, the whole place is clean, and conducive to relaxation.

We loved everything about courtyard Bali. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Highly recommend. Special mention of our room attendants. Yobi and Angga. Fantastic!!!!

The resort itself was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The staff seen to my every need, no matter what time or what I requested. My wife and grandchild especially enjoyed the shopping at Bali Collection. As for the buffet, the staff were professional and very helpful. Again, overall experience was a pleasant and a nice break from our daily life.

Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and bathrooms, common spaces would be good to be renovated.

A wonderful experience at the resort. Great food. Excellent staff. Easy to get to the beach or and local shopping centers. The staff went above and beyond putting together a special surprise for my partners birthday. The room was clean and comfortable with great air conditioning.

We didn't get the breakfast package and found it hard to get breakfast outside the resort. No street cafes, restaurants are open in surrounding street.

The whole layout of the hotel was, lovely. The swimming pool was beautiful and never felt crowded. Shuttle to the private beach was really good.

Nice hotel and the staff were superb.
The breakfast was really decent quality too. The swimming pool was massive and clean.
The only issue we had was with check in. We arrived at 1pm and were made to wait for 2 hours until our rooms were ready. Our children were exhausted and hysterical. Yes, they say check in is at 3pm but this is the only hotel in 20 years that has made us wait like this.
The only other issue we had was with Nusa Dua. It’s really weird, fake and touristy. It doesn’t feel like a town, just a bunch of hotels built around a dismal shopping mall with terrible, generic restaurants.
There are great restaurants but they're in the fancy, high-end hotels and are priced higher than Australian prices. Most mid range restaurants are garbage. Nusa Dua sucks basically. I wouldn't go back unless it was free. Go to Sanur if you want a proper Balinese town.
The beach is however, beautiful. One of the nicest on the island.
