Elevator from parking structure was not working. Very inconvenient to get to hotel. Had to walk alot of stairs with luggage. Rooms are very small. Very basic hotel. Would not stay again.

Very convenient location if need to be near the train station. Friiendly staff. Unfortunately the room had a musty smell and is tired looking. Had what we needed for a nights sleep.

The Front Desk staff could not have been more helpful. I arrived on crutches and they organised a wheelchair for me. As I do not speak Flemish I needed help contacting local medical staff and the staff here made the calls for me. So very helpful.

Great position for railway station. Staff on reception at arrival were exceptional - could not have done more to welcome and assist.

Less than 3 minutes Walking distance from Leuven train station. Busy hotel which is a good sign as the service provided was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

I was a bit worried first that it would be noisy because of the proximity to the train station but my room was completely quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel stay was ok. The room was small and the double bed was two small very light beds close together. There is an uncomfortable gap in between and the beds move very easily. This means double bed is actually one small bed, since they cannot be used together, they will just move. The windows cannot be opened, this also applies to the windows in the (in my opinion overheated and poorly ventilated) gym. So, after a few minutes of running, you are covered in sweat. Airwise, you are completely dependent on the hotel ventilation system, which I do not like at all. Parking is in the train station parking for about 22€ per day. Very good breakfast.

Hotel was great, cant be faulted, staff pleasant, room was good and the location great. GF unwell on day two, were allowed to extend check-out time without hassle, very nice of staff. Dont understand about the French thing of toilet in one room and sink (to wash hands) in other room - really strange, especially in a modern hotel. The only negative side was the breakfast, way overpriced (E15). On the second day, we ate something in the town, much cheaper and much better. I have stayed at this hotel before and will do so again - recommended. Corona-aware also- very good.

God location nearby trainstation, just a walk from the centre of Leuven. Breakfast great, service great, cleaning great. There was corona restrictions wich they handle good. Very helpful and kind personel at the reception. Clean and comfortable rooms. I can strongly recomend this hotel.

All aspects of our stay were excellent. The hotel is well sittuated with ample parking. The rooms were large and clean, the check in staff excellent as were the serving staff for the bar/restaurant. The breakfast buffet was as comprehenisve as I can recall anywhere I have travelled.

Very good customer service. I had a few problems and all was sorted within a very short time without having to wait. Thank. Will highly recommend your service
