Great location!

location is good but staff attitude can improve

The front desk service was indifferent and lacked attention to detail. The VIP Access benefits were not implemented. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was assigned a room where I could hear the noise from the main road, and the ceiling emitted sounds from water pipes or air conditioning, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. My complaints received no response. The sliding door in the room was initially malfunctioning and was only repaired after I reported it. The breakfast on the 5th floor was a disaster. It was a buffet, but once the food was gone, it wasn't replenished. Even during breakfast hours, I was told that boiled eggs were already finished, which was incredibly frustrating. On the bright side, the daytime staff at the service center were very friendly and accurately assisted with luggage transportation. 櫃台服務很冷漠也不注重細節。VIP Access 並没有落實。已註記要安靜的房間，一樣安排聽得到大馬路車子的聲音，天花板會發出水管的聲音或冷氣抽水的聲音，整個晚上很難獲得好的休息，反應也沒有得到任何回應。客房的拉門一開始也是故障的，反應才進行修繕。5樓的早餐是場災難，自助式早餐，但東西沒了就沒了，連水煮蛋在早餐用餐期間，都會直接被回覆已經供應完畢，非常不可思議。白天的服務中心人員非常的友善，能夠精準地協助行李的運送。

Hotel location is perfect for going out, the hotel itself as well as the services are average in Bangkok standard. Kinda 3/4 Stars hotel level.

The hotel was excellent and in particular the room that we had was very good. Housekeeping was also excellent. The breakfast buffet was marginal. They did not have too many ingredients for omelettes and most of the other items were lukewarm or even cold. The dining area was very crowded. Transportation was a problem. Getting a taxi from the hotel was very difficult and expensive. However, it was easy to get to the skytrain to get out of the very congested area that the hotel was in. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Large room, well design but the pillow is too thick for me to sleep. Very easy to access train and metro to go any where. In-room food order is great and tasty but hotel restaurants are not many and not diversified. Free drink at lobby anytime is great. Shopping downstair but not big center, food in there is not great.

It’s convenient to the big shopping mall Terminal 21.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were very friendly. There was a kid’s room for children under 12 and a gaming room for older children. The location was top notch. It connected to BTS and MRT trains. You could also find anything at the Terminal 21 mall. (The 5th floor food court was unreal. It was cheap and tasty.) Breakfast selection was also pretty decent. There were many selections, plus ice cream! We will come back.

Confused why I had to pay in person upon checking in after booking and paying in advance online. This is the first time that has ever occurred with Expedia booking.

Location of this hotel is super convinent, it's connecting to MRT and BTS station, and also connecting to a big shopping mall which provides a large choice of shopping and eating. I always stay at this hotel when I visited Bangkok.

Next to Termainl 21, we are travelling with family and wheelchair. It is a convenient hotel

This hotel is very convenient and very close to the shopping mall.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Also, it was very convenient to get around using the BTS and metro. Even when it rained during this time of year, I was able to go shopping and eat without getting wet.

Great customer service. Staff was very nice and helpful. Conveniently located /connected to mall which was open late with great dining options. Beware of traffic though if you are on a tight schedule, otherwise great location. I would recommend and stay here again.

One of the best hotels, with the nicest staff

The stay was a comfortable one with the facilities being top-notch . I hope they will fix up the other tennis court as it is full of portholes .

This is the second year I stayed here, each time for a month. Stupendous. As a single traveler I felt safe and supported by staff. The location was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. I'll be back next year!
