Owner tried to scam us. They say there is a system error/water damage/ no electricity and that they can't offer any rooms. Avoid at any cost!

Still waiting for my refund

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

Poor maintenance, needs a good investment in renewal. My room had a leek in the corner, already dry but still without fixing

The place was clean & the condition was OK ... the staff were fine but not very friendly ... no amenities, and the garden dining was a big ugly & neglected ... but the room was comfortable & clean

Awful correspondence, miserable and largely non ava

When we arrived there was nobody in the reception, we had to wait for more than one hour untill someone arrived to receive. After that, the hotel had our reservation but there was no empty rooms, and the we were transferred to another hotel, further away. A very bad experience.

Staff friendly. Two night stay, tiny room, clean but needs updating. Tiles in shower floor broken, grout black, bed old with dips. But very cheap! Close for Renfe to Madrid.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we always found the room clean. Only wi-fi didn’t work very well and there was a not nice odour coming from the sink in the toilet

The people is nice and the room is cleaned every day, but the furniture is old and worn out. Some drawers are missing and some things in the toilet show lots of rust. Needs an urgent refurbishment.

The hotel staff is so friendly that I would not stay anywhere else if I ever came to Madrid again.

Clean , friendly , welcoming staff , the reception staff were happy to help us and give us information .Clean rooms. Location was near a bus stop to town , lovely restaurant near by

The hotel was chosen for two major requirements (amongst others):- Parking to unload a very, very full car and a bike - what parking!!!!! Room for one (maybe at a push) two cars behind a gate which had to be unlocked - basically useless. Wifi to download a lot of information - very weak and sporadic reception. Other than that excellent. For my specific requirement very poor however for most who have no specific requirement for parking or wifi - fantastic value.

Had a great stay. The hotel was spotless. Rooms a little small but very comfortable. Bathroom showers fabulous. The staff are brilliant, informative and extremely friendly. Location requires bus into centre but they are very regular. Nice bar/restaurant near.

It´s a distance from the Train stop. So if you are not from the area go to the tourist section and get a map of the metro. Very easy and inexpensive to get there. Metro (€1.50) and bus (€1.50). They allow luggage on. I and a friend had 4 luggages together. It may be tiring with luggage. But very cheap!! After that you can get anywhere you would want to using bus and metro. Great and cheap transportation. The hotel and service was great. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff; Simple but clean rooms. Check first - one smelt of smoke - but was due for redecoration.
