Huge rooms with everything you need. Really good shower. Noise from road can be quite loud. Bed not the most comfortable

Nice spacious apartment near to IP Pavlova and Namesti Miru. Nice kitchen area, with large bathroom and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, helpful staff. Only grumble was the placing of a towel heater next to the toilet in room 17 meaning it is impossible to actually sit properly on the toilet. Oh and the taking out of rubbish at 0530hrs on Monday morning that must have woke everyone up in a half mile radius.
About a 10 minute walk to the top of the square, plenty of bars and restaurants though nearby still providing plenty of money. When I visit Prague again I will certainly stay here but perhaps request a different room.

Great apartment but only A/C in one room. Incredibly noisy road directly outside with no relief with closed windows.

Really nice place to stay in Prague, compared to the price of the stay.
If you need the most comfortable bed, maybe go a bit up in price. But for most people it's more than enough.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
The rooms have nice accommodations and was perfect for our friend group.
Paulina in the reception was kind and forthcoming with any questions we had.
We would stay here again.

We had 4 people in our group (3 adults and 1 child). The apartment was just right go our needs and very clean. It was also within 2-3 minutes walking distance to some fantastic restaurants!! If you like pastries, visit the IPPA cafe and if you like Indian Food try the Masala Indian Restaurant!! We also enjoyed being close to the tram to be able to explore the whole city. Easy transportation. Prague is the best!

Lovely spacious apartment with separate areas for dining, cooking, sleeping and a bathroom with large shower cubicle. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for our short break. The best thing is the location. The IP Pavlova metro station is right next door and only a few stops to the old town, you can be there in 10 minutes. Plus there is a tram stop a 3 minute walk away too where the number 22 takes you across the river in the same amount of time. The only slight downsides were it is on a busy street which can be quite noisy and we wanted to use the spa but was told it was no longer in use which was a little disappointing. I would still recommend a stay here though as the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Friendly staff, apartment itself is very clean and equipped of all the basic necessities. Apartment is quiet from neighbors and also traffic is mostly silent. Only negative thing we can note is the floor could use some repairs but but that is a mere visual thing.
Location is nearby metro and tram stations, coffee shop besides the apartment is nice.
Next visit to Prague we would certainly consider this stay again.

But this property did NOT disappoint! Communication was amazing in the days leading up to our stay. They answered every question we had with amazing speed. Upon arrival they met us early so that we could park before check-in and get our sightseeing started. The receptionist gave us several recommendations on where to eat and information on the local area. Parking was TIGHT but we managed. (We were told they could find us another spot if we couldn't fit.) Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including extra blankets and pillows. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this property!!

Very spacious apartment for family. Friendly and helpful staff. We had an SUV that we couldn’t find suitable and safe parking so the staff found us one not too far from the apartment.

This place was located very close to the tram and metro. It made getting around Prague so easy! It was clean and spacious not cramped like other hotels we have stayed in. The shower was not great though. The tub was old and a bit stained and there was no way to hang the hose up to be able to use both hands. You had to put the hose down. And be careful when you do that because the water pressure is fantastic! You might have a very wet bathroom to clean up.

Fantastic apartments in great location, just outside city centre but walkable to all attractions. Great little coffee shop on ground floor which served a good breakfast

The entrance to the apartment was through the tourist information office which is very helpful for asking how to get to site seeing areas. Also there is a shop right across the road and also the tram and metro station is only a few minutes away.

Can not complain about the Royal Cout Apartments, they were clean and very spacious, The Legenda bar close by is very good for food and down stairs there is a lovely bar with good atmosphere.It is a 15 min walk to the old town square and about a 25 min walk to the Charles bridge so location wise not to bad.

though the staff has no proper front desk except for a small desk where they can check in customers, staff are very helpful and friendly. the room is very clean and decor impressive. very small elevator but does not really bothered us. it's in the central of all main attraction. will definitely recommend the place. thanks guys you made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was good and clean but I would like to make some recommendations. I found the mattress a bit too cheap, the double bed frame was very low, and there were no bedside tables. The shower should NEVER have a shower curtain but a glass or acrylic screen instead. Shower curtains are disgusting in their best days. But the staff was amazing and made it all good.

Spacious, clean apartment in a quiet area.
Only con is it’s located a bit far from the main tourist attractions like Old city centre, Charles bridge etc.

Fourth time at these apartments, and as always we found them clean, tidy and ideal for our stay. We arrived several hours before the check in time but we were able to store our luggage so we could go out and enjoy the city. Staff were very friendly.
