Overnight stay while in Orlando, the happy hour was great and the breakfast was on point.

Amazing Stay during our Thanksgiving holiday visiting family in the area. The staff; hotel & amenities exceeded our expectations!! The staff, property; amenities - Were TOP NOTCH - 5 Stars across the board!! The only minor consideration would be to extend the lounge bar hours from 10:00pm to perhaps: 10:30 or 11:00pm on Fri & Sat nights.

We really liked the spacious room with the couch being a queen and extra seating area. Breakfast was nice. Facility clean. Staff attentive and smiling.

We have never stayed at this hotel before and it was wonderful. After going through hurricane Milton we needed a getaway even though we only live an hour away. The hotel was so nice and clean and the room spotless. The only two negatives I can say is it would be nice to have free coffee available during the day rather than just at breakfast but that's certainly is not a deal breaker. The air conditioning in the lobby is very cold. Other than that it was a perfect stay and close to Disney. We will certainly be back again.

Everything was great, however there was an event in the convention center and when we arrived it was bedlam. The number of cars pulling in and being directed made getting to the front desk awful. Once we were able to get to the front desk, I signed my approval to pay $18 for parking. That is understandable except there was nowhere to park remotely convenient to bringing luggage into the building. We couldn’t unload at the front of the building because there were literally 100s of cars trying to maneuver around that area and we didn’t feel it would be appreciated to stay there even 1 minute longer than absolutely necessary. Maybe communicate that there would be traffic congestion if arriving between 6:30 and 7:30 pm so we would have expected the pandemonium.

Room got cleaned only one day out of eight of the stay. One night no shampoo…..it was replenished when advised, but came back the next night to an open room.

This location has some of the kindest and most attentive staff ive ever dealt with at a hotel? Your bartender, Fatima? Give her every raise and make sure she knows her clients appreciate her attention to detail and warmth.

The property is well kept. I was greeted very nicely by Amanda at the front desk. She was patient and addressed my requests. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. I think the breakfast should be opened until 11am on the weekends.

I really like staying at Embassy hotels, this one was my second stay in Florida and it was ok, but they can use new furniture in the lobby room sofas looked aged. In the shower there was a smell of mildew that can use attention to, the omelette for breakfast were so so not like the ones they make in San Juan Pr embassy, also I felt bug while sleeping that freaked me out the one night. Overall it was ok.

A daily parking charge I was not informed of until time of check in. Very few handicap parking spots, 8 to be exact. Charged for parking although handicap not usually charged. Hidden fees!!!!!
