Very nice accommodations and perfectly located. The room itself had nice amenities; wonderful bed and bedding; a safe; nice shower and bathroom with room to accommodate toiletries etc. the front desk was helpful and check in and out was easy.

Great location. Room was clean but shower was ok. Water pressure wasn’t great and the room faced the pool which had loud music. Music was also loud in lobby. Played until 11 pm and you could hear it from our room on the 4th floor.

Only negative is the room has a connecting door to an adjacent room that is not sound proof. Can be noisy.

We had a great stay. Just a quick 2 night stay, first time at Aloft. Immaculate , comfortable bed. Love the pool set up how even after hours there is nice area to sit. Lots of little areas in hotel to find a niche. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never like to pay for parking at a hotel but I guess that’s part of City stays.The location was great, walk to everything.

I stayed in a room poolside. The pool was very crowded and small. They allow people in who aren’t staying at the hotel for a membership fee. Housekeeping was subpar the first night, they just basically made the bed and that was it. Did not refresh the plastic cups or the paper coffee cups. Ran out of toilet paper and body wash. Good location, great restaurant next-door.

Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was clean. Hotel & lobby nicely decorated. Only problem was the fitted sheet on the bed was too small and didn't fit. It kept popping off the corners.

Awesome hotel! Great location to Ashville. 10 min from the Biltmore and walkable to many restaurants and breweries. The cabana room was great. Nice outdoor area to hang out in.

This is an excellent hotel , great location and in excellent shape, I will definitely stay here on future trips to Asheville and will consider the brand in other cities.
One criticism, when I checked in I told the gentleman at the front desk that because of the Tropical Storm Debby we would like to stay an additional night or two to which he responded they were fully booked.
My disappointment lay in the fact that he offered no assistance or suggestions for alternative lodging, whether it be one of their properties or a competitor.

Traveled to Asheville, NC for the AVL Fest and the location of the Aloft on Biltmore was central to a lot if the events, restaurants and breweries.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Aloft Downtown Asheville and we have never been disappointed. Location and amenities were perfect. They have been going through a construction phase so the the ledge was unavailable but other than that we had everything we needed. Bar is great and stays open until 11 with excellent customer service. If you are thinking about staying here, do!

It is an amazing hotel! Great location and amenities. We WERE pretty disappointed that their pool and pool bar were closed in the middle of the summer with no advanced notice until 24 hours before. The pool was a big part of why we booked.

Our room overlooked the pool area. There were contractors cutting tile ALL day long from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM the entire weekend including Sunday. It was very disturbing and the hotel did not handle the situation in a professional and compassionate way. We will never stay there again

The directions for parking were not clear before arrival, so that was a bit confusing when we arrived. The lower lobby is VERY perfumed, so much that you can taste it. It was hard to get a straight answer about the pool and construction prior to arrival, and it's definitely not clear (or even mentioned) on the booking site. Location was amazing, and was good for 2 nights.

Stay was great. Staff was very helpful. Pool patio ended up being open so we could watch the fireworks out there which was awesome. Walkable to anything you wanted. Thank you!

Everything was fine except that in the shower I didn't have shampoo to bathe in and the TV didn't work but the rest was very good

Even though there was construction during our stay, the hotel staff tried to make the stay pleasant. They put us on a higher floor away from the noise and gave us drink vouchers for the bar. Bar staff was very nice.

I thought this was an amazing hotel. The only thing that had me give it one less star was the fact that we did choose this over others because of the pool, deck and workout center and they were all under construction and I didn't see that posted when we booked it. The only other thing that was a kicker is I arranged this trip through Expedia and it said free parking and there was an $18 fee a day but they did help accommodate me for that due to the issue with the construction that I brought to their attention. Overall, I really loved this place. The design, layout and the rooms were amazing and modern. It's probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.
