Boracay Beach Club have an perfect location, but thay try to both be a family/holiday resort, and a party place. Just before sunset turns loud music on from the restautant, the bar and the roof top bar. In a building that is not that soundproof, some evenings git really bad. Luckly, they lower the music at the roof top bar at 10pm. They have hired a lot of young students (OJT) that are really lovely and friendly. But dont seems to have been proper trained for their job. They forgot to replace bath towels, toalet tissues and coffee. Not big issues, but still thimgs that should be in place. There is also an electronic door locking system, which failed in one room, so i had to transfer to another room. But, the doorbell was someone think was funny to use as wake-up call early morning. I do not find that so funny when im in holiday, have a wake up call from the room beside me. All in all, I have survived, but will find another resort next time I go to Boracay.

We had a great stay at The Ocean club. Perfect situated in the quiet part of White Beach. Very recommendable for families. Great and friendly staff.

There are only a few things we enjoyed during our stay. The best was the 2.5hr spa treatment! They did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend booking with their spa! We booked an ocean view suite. For the price we paid, we expected better. First off, they will only give one key to our room. This apparently is their standard and will not issue a 2nd key. They only responded with just come to the desk and we will open it for you. So we did this once and no one showed for 30mins. I had to talk to the manager to get it opened immediately. The room was very spacious and had a sitting area and decent terrace. The view was obstructed by coconut trees, so I would say it’s more of a partial ocean view. The room had quite a bit of damage and poor conditions. It rained one evening, in the morning I slipped as a puddle formed under the A/C, which maintenance looked and found that the hole to let the tube in for the A/C to pass through the wall was not filled in. The bathroom had random corners of the wall damaged and black spots along the edges. The toilet did not seem to flush properly every time as we would see presumably back flow before the next use causing the bathroom to have a smell. The phone in our room also would not work. As part of our booking, we did get complimentary buffet tickets. The buffet was decent for being complimentary. I would recommend thinking twice before booking here.

The breakfast is bearly edible, everything is processed or canned. If you need two key cards it is impossible for them to facilitate, not even possible for a fee. Got two queen beds rather than the king bed we booked. The good news is that it's clean.

Water from the rain would entered the room yet it was an expensive room. The breakfast was very basic. for example they didn't have tea/hot water on the breakfast items. No fresh juice. Some of the breakfast food items were cold or finished with 1 hour left before end of breakfast.

The infinity pool on 6th floor was a pretty nice area to hang out & relax.

The shower does not have pressure so actually its impossible to have a proper shower.The breakfast buffet is bad and with little options. When something is over they don't refill and when you ask for refill you get an impression that you are bothering them. The Korean woman manager is useless and incapable of the the title.The worst part is that the night shift at the hotel is terrible and rude. They treat Filipino like prostitutes. Make yourself a favor and spend your money in any other same category hotel.

They were powering hotel with generators which adequate while working not without issues. I would appreciate that before arriving ,hotel could of notified Hotels.com so that I could make informed decision whether to arrive on an island with intermittent power. As much as I researched conditions online, reality was different than reported . Boracay is a place to be appreciated. I would just try to stay informed of untold events such as major storms.

The view was incredible, Ill give that a 5 on a scale of 1-5. The staff was also incredible. I had a couple of issues # 1 The water pressure in my room was barely there. # 2 Maintenance turn off what little water I had without informing me that made it very uncomfortable when you use the bathroom and have no water to flush the toilet. So needless to say I was without water for a few hours.

Staff were friendly except the front desk. Room had bed bugs, and floor was dirty in our room. Balcony was super tiny. Spacious room, amazing rooftop pool.

It's good for a quick stay. Staff is excellent. Resort needs a good renovation. Seems they are building something in the back of the property.

The property still under renovation. Toilet so slow to flush and need to hold the handle for 10 sec to completely flush. Breakfast are great and staff are courteous and helpful.

I loved that they upgraded my room to an ocean view room for free. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff the room the service was second to none. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. I can not say enough about my experience at the ocean beach hotel. I plan on returning in october

Loved that the beach is just steps away. Had a BIG balcony which was nice and could watch the sunset from daily. Breakfast buffet was ok, could use more of a variety in the choices though. Our hotel door kept getting stuck as we opened it, had to push real hard, a minor thing but should be fixed. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower head however was pointed too high and could not be adjusted.

Absolutely no reason to stay at outrageously priced resorts for 3x the price when you receive such exceptional service and amenities right on White Beach

Very Nice and clean hotel. Superb breakfast, high level of service with the best location. Quiet area with Staition 2 a short walk away. I'll recomend this Place to friends and will use it again Next time we go Boracay.

Rooms are fairly dated, particularly the bathrooms and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms at the back of the hotel away from the pool are very dark and there is ongoing construction. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

The hotel was nice and the staff couldn’t of been better, however, the bed was rock solid and the WiFi was very poor. We were woken up quite early every morning by the pool fountain directly outside our room.

Very Good hotel, the best area on white beach if you ask me. Calm area close to the "madness". Good sunbeds with an area where boats can not disturbe. The negatives was the restaurant straff, not attentive, late breakfast and really slow with everything.

Very nice location right on the beach with a nice size pool as well. Lots of activities in the area such as diving and boat trips!
