The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful when one of us lost our luggage. They helped us call the airline and contact the company that would deliver the luggage. Their breakfast options were fantastic and delicious! The massage on premise was very relaxing. The area around the beach is close to semi popular areas. The very popular areas are just a 20 min walk or a very close tuk tuk ride. Quiet enough to relax and sleep at night.

Loved staying at the Surfside! Great location at station 3 right on the beach, away from the throngs on station 2 but close enough to walk there when you want to eat or people watch. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the restaurant has a great variety of reasonably priced food. The room and bed was comfy, very fair price for being right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and the star of the facility is their dog Kalibo! Highly recommend a stay here!

It’s a smaller hotel on the beach and at the far end of the white beach , it’s rooms are just simple , good Ac .if your looking for quiet and off the main steam then this would be good for you , But if you want night life , Full beaches , Crowds ,Shopping then the district 2 is where you should go ,

A great hotel right on the beach in station 3. Stayed 2 nights in their junior suite and am really glad we picked that room. It is really large with a comfy bed, sofa, dining table, massage table and a private roof deck overlooking the ocean. The staff is very friendly and I preferred the area as it’s easy to get most places yet relatively quiet. The free breakfast didn’t have a ton of choices but everything was good. After staying a few places in Boracay this is the only hotel I would return to.

We had a comfortable room in the middle of the upper floor. The AC worked well and having a floor fan helped with drying wet swimsuits, as did the balcony, which also had a bamboo hammock. Breakfast to order was served in the hotel's beachfront cafe (must be there by 9:45). We enjoyed the selection and the coffee, tea and fresh juice were unlimited. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was great, being an easy walk to two local convenience stores and right on the beachpath that parallels the sea. The southern end is more laid back than the Northern end. We enjoyed both and enjoyed the variety.

Nice hotel right on the beach close to station 3. Although it's a 10 minute walk to the main portion on the beach strip, it's located away from all the crowds and traffic giving you more peace and quietness, as well as privacy. Nice breakfast selection as well. My only complaint was the internet. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and unreliable. Other than that I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent location if you’re looking for peace and quiet stay in Boracay. Has a great restaurant and staff service is excellent. Don’t have much hotel facilities like pool, business office etc but has a spa and internet connection is acceptable and the price is reasonable. Will stay here again for sure.

Clean room, beautiful and good swimming place, warm white sands beach are all best! Although we didn't see the sea inside room, we could enjoy green pure sea in the hotel's restaurant. This place is a few far from station 3, it's quiet and silent.

Surfside is a throwback to the old Boracay I remember from 15 years ago. No fancy tall building, no fancy pool, but very good service in the Station 3 area where the vibe is a lot more laid back (and yes, a bit more rustic) than the Station 2 area. We had the Ocean Junior Suite which was the only room with an Ocean view and a huge patio overlooking the beach (this is the one you want). Easily large enough for me and my wife and my grown daughter to stretch out in. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Leng-Leng who took care of our airport transfer, taking care of every detail, literally from the flight gate to the hotel (and back). The included breakfast was also great,right in front with a view of the beach.

the place was so convenient to stay with and food was superb. the room is clean and big. the wifi is not so fast and we have a hard time connecting to it but overall our stay was superb.

Receptionist is percect, Massager is good, but bar staff is crazy. My family stayed here 3 days for last Chinese new year holiday season. Each day has at least one miss-order at the restaurant. On Feb. 17th, I ordered Tanuki Udon at 5:15 PM and nothing happened. I asked to staff I still didn't got my dishes at 6:00 PM and he said it is still cooking. However nothing happened again. lol. Finally I asked to bar staff to cancel my Tanuki at 6:20 PM and I saw bar staff started to cook at that time. That Tanuki is not traditional and no restaurant in Tokyo let me wait more than 1 hr for Tanuki. So funny.

Room is spacious, everything you need is provided. A suggestion though is to maybe have extra mirror (only 1 mirror by the sink) for the ladies, maybe by the door so we can check ourselves before we leave the room. I had to climb the bed Everytime to look at myself in the mirror - you'll understand when you get there. I wish they will also be lenient with bath towels. I have long hair and I need 2 towels to dry myself and my hair. I asked nicely for a 3rd towel but they refused (2 for me and 1 for my boyfriend). They might have thought that we are going to use it for the beach as they had beach towels to borrow as long as you leave a 500pesos deposit. I explained to the receptionist that we weren't going to use the towel for the beach as we had our own beach towels but she refused. Sorry but I didn't really feel the one of a kind service the other reviews have stated. I was waiting for that but it didn't happen. 1 exception was Jun who picked us up from the airport to the hotel. We were impressed by his service as he ushered us flawlessly from the van to the boat to the hotel with our 30kg luggage while keeping us informed about the things we see on our way. There is nothing wrong with the hotel though. I do recommend for you to stay here.

This hotel was a nice stop for a Boracay overnight. It was easy to get to and right on the beach, but far enough away from the center of nightlife that we could rest easy. The staff was very helpful and even packed us a breakfast when we departed early. It was clean and affordable so no complaints!

The accommodation, staff and services are great. Clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Staff always willing and wanting you to have a good stay. Wi-fi a little slow. Highly recommended at the danger we may never find a vacancy there again! Many thanks to one and all.
