Beds were very uncomfortable. Found 1 roach on the wall. The light in the bathroom was very dim like it wasnt coming on all the way. But for the money it was okay.

Confusing set up for checking in/out. Room 177's heat/cool system was not good. Had heat set on 78° and it was still blowing cool air.

I checked in and the guy at the desk was super friendly and easy to work with. However once i got to my room i was a bit disappointed. The blanket was stained but im hoping they were cleaned and just couldn't get stain out. But there was alos a spot that looked like maybe somethinf like a big was squished. There was also a few dead roaches on the floor. The area wasnt bad. Not to loud and was near a bunch of restaurants and shopping. But there was someone playing loud music in the room all night. The tv seemed like it had a bunch of channels but for some reason over half was in spanish so i wasnt lwft with much to watch. Overall not the best trip but i would be willing to maybe go again if the room issues were fixed.

I would have provided a better rating but i had to provide a deposit although my room waa already paid for. I have never had to put a deposit down on a room that was already paid for.

Situated at back end of street, motel separated by chain link fence from freeway. Building next door had piles of clothes deposited by homeless individuals. Lobby bathroom had to be unlocked by manager for use. The manager was extremely helpful and cheerful.**
Phone in room did not seem to work to contact desk. Bathroom door could not close-threshold prevented it from closing. Linoeum type wood panel floor so dirty it turned soles of bare feet black and had to wash feet after shower before going to bed. No amenity body wash for shower.

There's really nothing to like about this place aside from the fact that it's 8 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium. The floors were filthy. The locks on the door were broken. The one bed had a mattress that was caved in. (The other bed was ok) Dead cockroaches on the floor. Black mold around the bathtub.

The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The complementary breakfast was a joke! The first morning choices were waffle, yogurt, cold stale cereal, and a couple slices of bread. And we there a little after seven. Monday was worse. No waffle batter, no bread, no hot water for instant oatmeal. Again we were there about seven in morning. Either offer what you advertise or cut it out completely!

Very bad neighborhood days and will charge you for just about anything rude staff Casper, another 50 deposit at time of checkout will walk to your room you’re leaving just to check it to refund your deposit

While my stay was okay but upon checking out they accused me and my companion of taking a mirror or damaging a mirror that was not there in the room. So they keep my 50$ deposit. And the issue is is that I have been to this hotel location 3 times and never damaged or tooken anything off of their premises

First of all when booking with exspedia you are not paying everything up front infact i got to the hotel a little over an hour early. Was charged $25. Plus tax and forced to provide a $50. Deposit. The only positive about this hotel was location to why i was in town at all. Never again all fees where not paid at time of check out.

Not a good stay. Felt like this was shoehorned between interstate and industrial complex. Pool was not open and able to be used, which was a huge bummer for my daughters. Breakfast “buffet” consisted of 3 available muffins (total), yogurt, 2 types of cereal, white bread for toast, and a waffle iron, but no actual batter. I will be contacting to ask for a refund.

Right by I 70, so lots of traffic, only had our room clean once and was there for 3 nights. Might have been because we were there, but not everyday. Was charged $50 refundable deposit and extra non-refundable $2.50 a day that was not advertised. Room was okay, loud bathroom fan, and toilet not bolted down and wobbled. hard to get to the actual hotel behind two other hotels

It was Close to the event we were going to. The clerk was pleasant and our room was in excellent condition. I would recommend this place ti anyone.

The pics on website did not represent the actual room. Upon check in there was a large stain (of unknown origin) on the comforter (which they did replace). No hair dryer. Only two very flimsy towels and wash clothes. Trash and broken appliances in the stairway. Noisy highway. Not a good "clean" feeling which made us check for bed bugs (didn't find any tho). For over $200 a night I expected a much better place...but I am sure they jacked the price up for the concert. Staff on duty were nice and courteous...the only positive about our stay

Got charged a pet fee even though I had no pets on the trip. They charged my card after I left. Manager refused to talk to me. I will never stay in a Days Inn again.

Booked this hotel because of ratings and a pool. Pool wasn't open and the lobby and outside of the entire hotel was dirty and dingy. Rooms seemed to be fairly new and decent. Upon check in was required to give a deposit and was not informed prior to check in (next location didn't require one). Didn't even try breakfast since the lobby breakfast area seemed dirty. Would not recommend staying here and will not stay here in the future.

It was right on the interstate so very noisy, the pool was under maintenace and it didn't say anywhere so when we pulled in and it was covered it was a disappointment. Then for breakfast we were told it went until 10, showed up at 9:15 and he said breakfast was over. I explained that we were told ten, but that was the main reason we picked there because my daughter was at nationals and wanted waffles for breakfast could he please plug it in, I didn't even need breakfast but I prefered she did so we wouldn't have to drive around and he said NO, that the MIX was already AWAY. Please don NOT stay here. Ther service is absolutely pitiful.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Arrowhead. Getting to, and from the stadium was pretty simple However, the room was very basic and the floor needed to be mopped. Their coin op washer and dryer was broken down for the three days we were there. The neighborhood is good. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, etc. the staff was friendly, no complaints there.

We arrived late from out of town and had the room booked Friday through Monday. The front desk. Gentleman, who also happened to be the manager and owner of this place, gave our room away and so we had no place to stay into the next the next afternoon after 3, when we had paid for it in advance for 4 days. I wouldn't advise anybody. He is also racist. Call me an ignorant white woman. And told me to get off. His property refused to provide his name when I asked call hotels.com. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Pay a little bit more and get a lot nicer service not worth your time unless you want to sleep in your car for 8 hours until you can check into another hotel at 3 PM the next day.

Well first of all the Hotel room was dirty, broken light fixtures, the tv remote didnot work for the tv,had to change channels on the tv.And for threebdays there was trash piled up outside my hotel room in and all around the dumpster piled high up and no parking in front of my room for someone else was parked in the parking spot in front of the room I was assigned to. And I did not feel safe in the hotel due to the things that I noticed going on all around the hotel will not stay there again or recommend to any of my family or friends. For what I paid for my room and the service I got no clean towels, room not cleaned Very unhappy and also I was misled by the fact that the pool was open then I find out it's closed in the summer time really who does that. Very unhappy.
