Rooms not maintained well dirty and many defects. Tried two rooms both dirty and issues with bathrooms. One toilet didn’t flush properly and bathroom flooded having a shower.

The personnels where very friendly but the cleanliness of the room was pathetic , clean sheets and towel yes , but the floor, the fridge and the door of the bathroom had so much dirt on it with dust stuck on the door. Also the air conditioning started to leak and the clerk used hour towel to wipe the water on the floor after that the towel was black form the dirty floor… we left early

The area of the Hotel is very convenient because it’s walkable to many stores and restaurants. During my stay at the hotel all my activities was outside of Seminyak therefore I didn’t get a chance to do a thorough explore. The hotel room was very clean however the smell of the room was bad, when you walk into the room you could smell something that’s mouldy, but overall it it’s a spacious and clean room.

The check in is fast, and the staff is friendly. He can remember my name the next morning, which is very rare even in those 5 star hotel. All other staff is friendly and helpful too. Wifi is very strong. However. the hotel room is not that clean. There was stain found at the bedsheet, the glass door at the balcony is not working, i can hardly open the glass door. The tap water is salty, and the toilet unable to flush away toilet paper no matter how long i pressed.

Comfy beds

The location is perfect for beachgoers — only a five minute walk to Seminyak beach. The hotel’e street is very lively, kind of honky-tonk, with gay and straight bars. The hotel is set back from the road and is very quiet. I had a very spacious suite. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite sufficient, but could use updating. The pool is large and lovely, and I swam in it every day. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

A pleasant stay. Lovely staff. A very hood value for the price in a perfect area if you you like east beach access and lots of nice dining options. Also close the fun clubs

We stayed in a standard room on the first floor Pros Staff is very friendly Pool is nice Beds were comfy TV is connectable with Netflix and YouTube ( I stayed here in a deluxe room before and it was much better) Very close to beach, food and shopping Cons The floor tiles made our feet a little dirty. Shower head probably needs fixed it doesn’t have much flow and it was annoying to get sand off from the beach. The outside door to the patio needs realigned it’s hard to open and seems a little hatihati dangerous when opening. Overall the price is good and the staff is very nice I recommend staying in the nicer room though

For the money, it’s a fantastic deal. The location is good. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty dirty. It doesn’t seem like the staff have cleaning supplies/chemicals or do much more than make the bed between guests. My sheets were dirty. the dishes were dirty with food stuck on them, the floor turned the soles of my feet black with grime. I asked the staff for a cleaning supplies and did a once over myself to spruce it up. Lots of things were also broken/malfunctioning in the rooms I stayed in. However, in spite of the bad parts, the place was perfectly comfortable and a fantastic deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a big bonus. But the bathroom was not clean, looked like the toilet seat was not cleaned at all. And there was a bad small.

Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. All rooms appeared to have a balcony. Pool area was lovely. However, no restaurant or bar.

The staff was great, Yeni, Winda & The Chef were of great service. When we arrived the linen was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. They need to add some variation to their breakfast as well.

Hotel was easy to find even if it's tucked away. Check in was easy and floors accessible by elevator and stairs. There is a pool and restaurant on site. The beach is a 15 minute walk at most.Room was nice overall. Bathroom could have used some extra attention but was immediately given a deeper clean when mentioned to staff. Rooms have air conditioning and patios. The linens could have been in better condition with some minor stains but I never felt they were not clean. Staff make this place. They were friendly and helpful in all regards. From check in to maintenance showing how to work a basic AC control everything was prompt.Be sure to have breakfast as a part of your package. They offer both traditional Balinese and Continental choices. The food was delicious, fresh and very generous portions.

Easy low key place. Staff attentive when needed, otherwise they don't interact much. Good location, easy walk to bars, cafes, beach etc

Great place and nice staff.the main thing is away from other attraction but this place for people to have short route to the beach.will come back again

Conveniently located low-cost hotel, close to the beach and not as crowded as Kuta/Legian area. Some wear is visible in the rooms and elevator, and the open rooftop has been completely neglected. Something must have gone wrong cleaning my room before my arrival, since the floor gave off a black color to the bottom of my feet. Next day it was better.

just the positive part was the staffs toilet ,bed sheet ,pillow sheet,towels was very dirty the cleanliness of this property rate is very poor location and staff was perfect and frindly

Fabulous value for money. Food, drinks, massages, pool. Lovely Staff, very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Rooms were dirty, bedding dirty, air con not working properly, had to chase up and wait for over an hour for laundry service, restocking and room cleaning irregular, breakfast buffet cold ...even the hot food was cold and very limited choices, reception staff more interested in what was happening on their mobile phones than what was happening with the customer, bug infestation in the room, took nearly 5 minutes to get hot water for the rainfall shower that was going in nearly every direction other than down.
