Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Pros: This hotel is situated right next to Nu Sentral Station, very convenient for public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Room is quite spacious.
Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Overall cleanliness is acceptable and the King size bed is great. Mini frig, safe, and hair dryer are available. The infinity pool at top floor is fantastic, but it is closed during raining..
Cons: One may need to remind hotel to make bed every day or ask for specific cleaning. No microwave oven, The wash basin in our room leaks at the drain even after being fixed by engineer, though slowly. The closet is rather small, allowing limited number of clothing hangers. Only two waste baskets available. Extra one under the outside wash basin would be handy.
Overall, this is a decent pick for hotel when vacating in KL.

I have had the best time in this hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The location is excellent, connecting directly to Sentral station and Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Excellent connections to the airport too.
My room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar and staff were great too. Lovely drinks and views!!

This hotel is very good. Great location, near the KLSentral train station, and good shopping mall.
Hotel has good pool, and nice bar area .
The room was lovely , huge bed, nicely set out with a couch and desk and chair .
Breakfast was buffet for around $25 NZ , and lots of choices.
Most of the staff had very good english, so no trouble with communication either

The kitchen staff were amazing when delivering the food to our room, very respectful. The cleaners kept our rooms clean all the time and towels and bed linen were changed everyday. The tv wasn’t working properly and the food taste was average

Everything was great. Except that in front of the parking was some loud music and a presenter shouting. Shouting for free coffee. Think tbe hotel need to sort out its priorities about activities like this.

Check in process is simple and fast.
Room is not ready to check in at 3.10pm.
When we stepped in the room, the room is filled with air freshener perfume smell and the perfume smell really stayed until next day, which causing me who is a sinus person, suffering during the stay, especially at night. I am unable to breath well, even with Young Living (YL) diffuser. The air freshener smell really can cover my YL essential oil. This is very horror experience for me.
The hotel accidentally provided 2 bottles of hair shampoo and 1 bottle of hair conditioner in the bathroom. But since I only stay for a night, so I did not request for the correct body shampoo. However, I am surprised as they do have a supervisor to check thru all things after housekeeping cleaned the room. How can they missed out on this?

- 8/7 room cleaning WORST , bedsheet with stain, towel all frayed n stained, toilet not clean, carpet not vacuumed, rubbish not cleared

Wonderful stay with family. The room had two beds and spacious bathroom/cabinet area. The window with the cite view had a very modern look. The breakfast had lots of options and food was very good.

Convenient no fuss but comfortable upper mid range hotel in the KL sentral area. Direct connection to train station with express train that goes direct to airport in 30mins. Safe convenient and reasonably priced.
