I needed to be close to KazNU and this was walking distance. It faces a nice open area next to great walking park. Food and mall close by. It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits.

Very good value for money I paid. It is clean, very good breakfast, good service, many places around to eat. Room is simple, not big but convenient. The only drawback was water pressure, I wish it would be a bit higher

This hotel is in downtown.
Nice location for shopping and transfortation.
But, not good brrakfast. It could be much better if sausage and bacon make with fried.

Ok place to stay, although the age of the hotel can be seen. As in most hotels in Kazakhstan, keeping the breakfast warm is big challenge. Location is nice.

Rooms are pretty smelly and dirty as well as the building itself. The breakfast was disappointing and poor.

The light of restroom was not work good, but the location was so great. Near by hotel, there are so many restaurants, and exhibition center that it is perfect location for business trip. **The burger of hotel was good :D

6/10 The review is based on the cheapest room, so other rooms could be better. The hotel is in a retrofitted building, which doesn't work perfect for a hotel, but isn't bed. The beds were pretty hard (standard Russian style hotel mattress, not like a Best Western in Europe or the us), and room was pretty minimal. The shower could use some work, as the curtain couldn't be closed properly to not get water on the floor. No great views or anything (just the building next door). No trouble getting there by taxi, and about 30 minutes to the airport with no traffic. The staff were pretty friendly and spoke great English.
Overall, it's fine, but not amazing.

The location of the hotel was just perfect to participate in the exhibition I was there for.

I chose the apartment and it was amazing. A very nice dining room with 2 sofas, A large room, 2 tv sets, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Great place to be; the personnel is bilingual, professional and very calm, helpful and dedicated. While I stayed there, it was my birthday and they delicately offered me a birthday cake in my room.

for the pay rate of the hotel, best western was terrible. the beds were terrible, it was always too hot in the room. the shower was terrible. the food and the so called free breakfast was terrible. I won't go back to the hotel ever again.

I choose it only because close to exhibition centre where I was. Even that you needto walk via lawn and road approx 200 metres but its only 50 m straight but no path anv exit!!
Small room, leaking bathrom, NO hot water in the morning (april 25 I ran water for 40 min. It was still cold)
Breakfast!! )) cheap horrible tasteless, the same everyday, coffee is so poor and cost like in Moscow or London
I m arrive early near 7 and withiut any questin manager made checkin AND without infirming me charged 80 eoros for few extra hours!!! In good hitels management just give it. As bonus cos you sprnt already 6 hours in plane and need rest

No kidding, how this hotel dares having such beds, as hard as an iron table, so small that you can't move ?
This hotel is nearby a very busy road, hence very noisy.
The employees don't know what a smile is.
Don't call a taxi from there. Besides overcharging you, the waiting time can be outrageously long ! Truly unbelievable !
Definitely not the same rank as other Best Western. Super disapointing.
Breakfast is acceptable for 1 morning only.
