Nice hotel

This hotel never fails me. Comfortable, relaxing, amazing staff, right on the beach. One word from me Paradise.

This is not my first time nor will it be my last time to stay here. It’s home from home. Wonderful staff and service. I cannot fault this amazing hotel right on the beach

Great Hotel & loved the pool & beach view. Breakfast Buffet is great.

Overall excellent value for money, restaurant food was good as was the service. The pool could be a tad cleaner and the mosquitos flies and leaves removed from the surface more often

If it wasn’t for the excellent service, I would’ve given 2 * The staff is wonderful and both breakfast and location is great - though the noise went straight through to the quite worn down room, which had about 150 mosquitos in it when we got it. Definitely needs a paint job - it would make a big difference in appearances.

I recently stayed at jetwin sea negombo and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Overall, a good choice for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, staff was wonderful. A little outdated, the bathroom door in our room was broken. Located on the beach, we weren’t able to take advantage of it as we only stayed here one night but it didn’t look like there were any beach chairs. Overall good value for the price.

The hotels is nice and conveniently located close to the airport. I stayed at other Jetwing hotels in Sri Lanka and this one is the one that I liked less. The hotels feels very old and not in great shape. However, the staff was great and vey kind and the hotel was clean but it does need some upgrades so that it doesn't feel that old. I don't think it was worth for the price that I paid.

This hotel was close to the airport and took 30 min during morning traffic time to get to airport. The hotel is right on the beach and sea view rooms are great to relax in. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a breakfast package of my favorite foods to take with me as I left before breakfast started at hotel. Experienced Sri Lanka hospitality.

We were greeted with welcome drinks at check in, they had very kindly upgraded our room booking. The views from the room and by the pool of the beach were absolutely stunning! The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom had a glass wall allowing you to sit in the bath and look through the room and out the window.

Nice location right on the beach. The room was a little simple for a 4* hotel and wasn't of the level of the main areas of the hotel.The hotel wouldn't call me a taxi when I came to leave for the airport, instead wanting to charge $26 for their service. An Uber cost $4, better to make your own arrangements.

This hotel cares more about environmental issues than other places - very good.

Property is really nice and a beachfront property. Bed is comfortable.

The Jetwing never fails to disappoint. Staff amazingly friendly and always ready to help. Location fantastic on the miss beautiful of beaches. Adore this place.

The location is beautiful, though a bit noisy in the room because the main road is near. Food and drinks are excellent and all the staff were very kind.

Rooms with a great opening on to the beach and an amazing bed made this place great. However, early morning staff waking you up at 7am and a small of damp in our room was a downside. This would once have been an amazing hotel but in the room we stayed it is clearly getting dated and in need of some love. But if you want a room with a great room and beach access this is a really good option.

The customer service provided by the staff was second to one. I found this hotel to be more of a 3 Star however. It lacked a bit of design/class. The room was a great size however and had access to the seafront. I would suggest doing a deeper clean of the rooms. Other than that, it’s perfectly fine for a short stay.

I had a driver for a weekend safari who was to drop me at the Jetwing Sea on Sunday night. due to my requests, we were very delayed and didn't arrive until midnight. I called ahead to see if we could get a cot put into my room because my driver was very tired and faced an 8 hr journey home. my reservation was for 2 nights, but I only wanted the cot for one night and no breakfast for the driver. they insisted multiple times that I had to pay extra for the cot, and also pay for breakfast and for two nights for him. I told them over and over that he would only stay one night and no breakfast. they finally quoted me $20 for that, but then they kept on saying that if he stays for 2 nights they will charge double (over and over they said this, no matter how many times I said he will only stay one night). it was like they thought I was trying to trick them and was being dishonest, even though this was my fifth year at this hotel. It was very rude. but anyway, I told them I agreed to the charge and that they should go ahead and put the cot in the room (this conversation was 3-4 hours before we arrived). when we got there, the cot was not there, and we had to wait for them to install it when it was very late and we were very tired, and I had business early in the morning. also, on check out day, I was sleeping in, and before 8am, they had staff out on my veranda cleaning and were banging on the furniture and window, and shouting to each other, waking me up. not appreciated.

This was my 6th visit to the Jetwing Sea. I was disappointed to find that refurbishing works were going on in the south wing of the hotel where our rooms were. We were not made aware of this and it was very noisy all day and into early evening. Half the wing and rooms were closed off. After two days we did get moved and upgraded but it took some effort. My friend who was staying for the fist time was upgraded on arrival. Very disappointing way to treat a loyal and frequent visitor. However as always the staff and service was fantastic.
