Perfect location in the heart of cusco!! Delicious breakfast buffet! Great room great service love it.

Very convenient location, nice hotel.

Loved the location. We stayed for four night and felt the altitude the first day. This was the perfect hotel to have a bit of altitude sickness. We were able to sit up on the terrace with some coca tea. Staff was friendly and always ready to help in any way. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cusco.

Nice location and staff service

Very strategic place to stay in Cusco. The staff is very accomodating. The owner of the hotel came and greeted us and very friendly and gave us two seats in the balcony during Corpus Christi. Excellent stay

Hotel was totally convenient. Close to everything and even though it was in the middle of all the action, it doesn’t keep you up at night. The staff was also super helpful.

Our experience staying at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The great location adds to the experience as well.

Why I don’t like is that they didn’t clean up the room next day, they just made beds. They offered transportation from/to airport but you have to ask, then we had to paíd the taxi to the airport

Great location. Puts you in the heart of everything

The location is pretty good but the traffic goes all night and the room is barely large enough to hold the bed. Water squirted sideways out the shower. Not worth the 98 dollars.

Staff was professional and helpful. Location was ideal. Wish they provided face towels, but I found that was not common in Peru. Thank you!

They didn't have hot water. No A/C or heating system. I want a refund.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. This time I received no perks for being VIP and the room I had 303 was facing the street and the noise did not let me sleep. With the current situation with strikes slowing down tourism, you'd think they would have given me a better room?

Locatio! Location! Location!

This property was ideally located in the main Plaza of Cusco with good restaurants all around. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to all our needs.

I can't say enough about how excellent this hotel is!! The location is perfect and the staff are incredible. Yes, it's in a busy location, but the street noise didn't bother us at all. It sits right on the Plaza de Armas and is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the people working reception (there were two ladies and one man) because they were all wonderful - they called taxis for us to/from airport and train station, held our luggage during our two separate stays, and even called a tour company for me to confirm our tour reservation. The free breakfast buffet was good and the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Finally, a big shout out to the housekeeping staff - the room/bathroom (as well as all of the hotel) was so clean, and toiletries and a hair dryer were provided in the room. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Cusco!
