Beautiful modern outlook, friendly staff. Good amenities from Aesop and staff always give us extra bottles of water which is very welcomed. Room is spacious and decor is modern and luxurious. There is however a few occasions where we return to the room in the evening find it not cleaned (used coffee cups and glasses still in room, pieces of rubbish still on floor). Breadfast is great , decent spread with both Western and Chinese style, tho they do not vary much between day to day. Prices charged for children at 80% of an adult price and no discount for multiple day is certainly disappointing.

This was our third stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Beijing. All three stays were excellent. The staff is great and very helpful. Kudos to restaurant manager Francis Wang and Chef Brian Wright. The Waldorf also offered great transportation service to the airport. Located by WangFuJing, it was easy walking to shops. I would not hesitate to stay here any time we visit Beijing.

Great location with easy access to the subway, Wangfujing shopping street, fine dining options. The rooms are very spacious and clean with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Michelin starred Chinese restaurants onsite.

The Beijing Waldorf is in a very nice area with fun restaurants and nearby attractions. Great breakfast and nicely appointed rooms.
My collogues booked on the Hilton app and I used Hotels.com. I paid nearly double without breakfast being included. Grossly overpaid using hotels.com

The best hotel around the area. I have tried almost every hotel nearby, WA is my favourite so far. I really like the 270 degree panorama city view suite. Hopefully next time I go to Beijing I can get better price for the suite.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazingly helpful and most speak English who organized tours, taxis and airport transfers for us. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, metro, forbidden city and Starbucks. Best included breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.

I like the cleanliness and the service form the staff. The check in was delayed for about half and hour but I were complemented with a voucher for free cocktails. Check out was very smooth. The breakfast was excellent and came with lots of varieties.

There is a lot of competition for hotels in Beijing. This one lives up to its status as a luxury hotel. The decor is spectacular, filled with lacquer, silk, and original artwork. The staff is incredibly professional. I did have a problem with the wifi and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem. And the location is really good, not far from historical/cultural sites, restaurants, and a metro stop.

This property is consistently excellent - with one exception. I have stayed at the Waldorf Beijing many times and have always found it comfortable and the staff are marvelous. However, the quality of the wifi is inconsistent. The limitations imposed by Chinese government regulations are outside the hotel's control, but a consistent wifi signal could be corrected.

Perfect location , just 2 mins walk to famous Wangfujing. A lot of shopping malls like AMP, Wangfujing Central , Yintai Inn 88. You can find a lot of good restaurants there.
Not far away from Tian An Men Square, just take one stop of subway #1 from Wangfujing to Tian An Men East, very convenient.
The room is very clean and comfort.
Hotel staff are good and nice.
Only thing to improve is the speed of the internet, quite slow😅

The hotel location is great! Centrally located, convenient for both walking, getting car/taxi services and public transportation. Hotel room flow is a little bit odd, i.e. for the suite, the closet is far away from the bedroom/shower, but the staff is always very helpful.

This was our second stay at the WA in Beijing. We love the place and the people. The hotel is close to what we wanted to see and do. Helen set us up with Ren who took us to the Great Wall and was very informative and helpful. Everyone was wonderful. We have two suggestions - better lighting in the elevator to see what floor button to hit and more available outlets for computers, etc.
