Hotel is amazing! Spacious, new and can request for baby cot and baby bath tub. 2 Convenience stores located just behind the hotel. 5 mins walk to train station.

Great and helpful staff, but really poor gym inadequate for the stars given, late check out was only extended to 1.00 pm breakfast was also on the limited side and finishes at 10.00 even on weekends- they seem very strict with timing- good location of hotel

Great hotel, I haven't been here since Pre-Covid and everything was prestine as it was 4 years ago. The staff was very nice so love this hotel. Only discomfort is the non 24 hour room service + laundry service. Other that, everything is A+

Very friendly staff, nice decor, conveniently located in Da'an. The room is spacious with free mini bar. However, the room is quite humid.

What a lovely hotel, the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom is comfortable, the shower and tub huge! Lovely amenities. I did not utilize the gym, but saw people using it every day, with very updated equipment. The service is what’s best - every staff member is attentive, polite, kind and professional. Wonderful hotel.

Love the hotel and the room. Staffs are helpful and welcoming. It’s Taiwan, you can’t go wrong with the service. I accidentally left my money and passport in the safe box after checking out, they sincerely worried and tracked me down to make sure I get my belongings back before flying out. I am grateful for their service and will def stay here again.

The room is clean and spacious, bigger than normal Taipei hotel rooms. The service is excellent from front desk. A bit expensive but value for money.

Even though it is not a world famous hotel brand, the hotel was really professional and everything worked well. The rooms were bright, classically modern and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. Overall the hotel was very clean and functional. The rooms were stylishly designed. Housekeeping service was also quick and efficient. Very good value for money. I will definitely come back to stay again. Good for business or personal stays.

Great hotel overall with helpful staff, attentive service and clean rooms. Breakfast however was very disappointing, particularly the egg station in which the eggs were very sloppy, no effort put in. Definitely suggest skipping the breakfast buffet and go for other options nearby.

Excellent stay at the property. Everything was well thought out and thought through for travelers, from the wooden tabletop to place handheld items next to the toilet, complimentary snacks for guests, heated lights in the washroom, among others. The receptionist even noticed it was my birthday a few days ago and gave us two free bottles of champagne. Will definitely be back again!

Service is good and room is clean. I sleep well for few nights. l View is good but window is not very big. Location is convenient, close to subway station. if you would like to go East District, you can enjoy city walk.
