This hotel is owned by Joe and he does an amazing job with it. The location is excellent to walk to eat and to visit Bunratty Castle. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. We stayed in September 2023

Joe was friendly courteous and helpful. He even offered to make breakfast before official dining hours due to our early flight!! Wish we had more time to explore this area!!

The owner was very helpful with ideas and knowledge of various points of interest. Also an excellent cook for breaksfast. Best place i have stayed in Ireland so far.

I liked this property for its convenience of location. It was a 10 minute drive to the airport and right next door was a wonderful restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Perfect for a night or a week.

John is a terrific host and the property is wonderful. We had an early flight the next morning from Shannon, and not only is this property convenient, it is clean, warm, and inviting. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. The rooms & sitting area were very comfortable. Joe made a delicious Irish breakfast with lots of options in a pretty breakfast area. Bunratty is a short walk and PJ Clarke’s is right next door. Lucky to have found this B&B & will recommend to family & friends!

Joe was amazing. He went out of his way to tend to all our needs and requests. All the bathrooms are updated. A great place to stay in the area!

It was perfect! The owner was a great source of knowledge pertaining to our needs. The breakfast there was the best I have had in all of Ireland. Kudos to Joe for a job well done.

Joe gave us some tips about our driving route and sights to see. We took his advice and had a great time, beautiful views. Also, mattresses were 10/10.

Joe is very kind and we loved meeting him! The Creamery and Bunratty castle are just down the street, which was amazing. Room was clean and cozy. Loved it!

The owner/chef was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and rooms were small but comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, and there were several restaurants there as well.

This is a very nice pleacejust a few minutes walk from Bunratty park. Joe is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. Everything in it has been re-done, and it is just as nice as could be. Very high recommendations all the way around. The bus stop to get to Shannon in Airport is about a one minute walk from the courtyard. I had to catch the 530 bus, and it was right on time.

Although this b and b was on a busy street, it was so quiet I slept with an open window and heard the birds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t stay for the cooked breakfast, but the cold offerings and toast and tea were great I’ll be sure to book there again, perhaps making it my home base.

This is one of the nicest spots you could possibly stay. The owner Joe is onsite and just about the most welcoming person you can imagine. He’s cooking breakfast every morning and sat down with me for an hour helping to map out the best route for my family’s travels around western Ireland. The rooms are great. We had the family suite which was perfect with a separate bedroom and bathroom for my daughter. Bunratty is great little town to base a trip around western Ireland from. Especially as first time travelers there no place could have been better to stay at than here.

A great stop while viewing the Bunratty Castle and Folk area. Joe, the innkeeper, is extremely engaging and helpful. Great breakfast. He ensured we had everything we need and provided great travel advice for the countryside. This is a great location close to Shannon airport as well. Very comfortable and great location.

Really friendly welcome. Allowed to put the motorbikes near the front door out of sight from the road. Really comfortable bed. Excellent Irish breakfast. Would stay again.
