Best lovely hostel would always reccommend 🌞🙏 such a gorgeous terrace

The staff was just amazing. So helpful and available 24/7. The location is great - so close to Mayor Real. The site is clean and safe and I met nearly everyone staying there. I'm 58 yrs old and have never felt younger or hipper than I did staying here. Every night is free Sangria - and a chance to meet fellow travelers - and the roof bar is so cool! Great value breakfast, too! Couldn't be happier that I stayed here.

Hostel with a great atmosphere & friendly staff. Great location, 5 minutes by feet from the Sol metro station and right next to a chill out area in the city center. Really nice breakfast on the rooftop ! Pretty quiet and chill out place, but if you want to go out and socialize, they also offer some plans for group activities as well. I would just say that there's room for improvement around the shared bathrooms : they are pretty small, not that convenient and suffering from a lack of privacy ^^ But overall, the place is still highly recommended ! ;-)

They did not accept to cancel the reservation. By mistake I booked a female-only dormitory and as a man I couldn't be there. The place was contacted on time and the case was exposed, but they refused to find solutions, they literally stole the money.

The area was great. You can see all the sites in 30 minutes walking . The Hat staff was fantastic. My only complaint was how loud it was everywhere in the building , but i guess that’s to be expected in a hostel . I would recommend curtains on the beds

Everything is great, room is spacious, clean, good aircond. Friendly and really helpful staffs. Atmosphere is great and good location. No complaints.

Easy to find. A minute walk to Plaza Mayor. The breakfast is 5 euros and is quite perfect. Room was clean, nice balcony, hot water never miss. Rooftop terrasse is nice for a late tinto de verano ;) Everybody was helpful and smiley. I recommend so much

That’s such a inoubliable experience!! I have to say it’s the best hostel i like ever! Clean, not expensive, big common places, free sangria and party, cute services, and everything. Just amazing.

Muy cerca de Plaza Mayor, en recepción te dan un mapa cuando llegas, tienen custodia de equipaje y entregaron información cuando realicé los consultas. Un día en el desayuno pedí una taza para tomar café y el chico que estaba ahí me dice que tenían pocas tazas, así que les daban a algunos y a otros no (sin mencionar cuál era el criterio) el punto es que tenían tazas disponibles y no me quiso entregar, por lo que tuve que tomar café en un vaso. Por otra parte quiero destacar la noche de sangría por parte del hostal, que me pareció muy buena y se crea un ambiente agradable

This is a nice place located right down by plaza mayor. The prices are fair about $25 a bed with nice showers as well.I come to Madrid often and like to stay here. They also have a nice daily pub crawl for 20€

they had to make a change in my booking due to a maintenance issue. they contacted me BEFORE travelling to Madrid to check if this was ok .. and they offered a few breakfast in lieu. check in was very nice and over the whole visit, the staff were very nice and helpful.

I just left the property 2 hours later after check in. No tv. No fridge. Separate small horrible beds. No hangers for clothing. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!@

I loved the hotel, it was my first time in spain and the staff were really helpful. Their weren't a lot of visitors due to miss Rona. The view was amazing and the city is so beautiful and easy to navigate. I'll definitely be back with a friend.

Got there a little early. They did allow me to put my bags, but check in was pretty much 15:00 bang on. Avoid the pub crawl. It’s 15 euros and it’s to the worst bars and clubs

The Hat was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated having an elevator. The free Sangria gatherings were a great place to meet people from all over the world. Being near Plaza Mayor meant a lot of eating places nearby.

The Hat people were extremely pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast for 4 euros on the rooftop and great rooftop bar for sunset in the evening for your drinks

The location and the staff are fantastic! The only thing is the beds are creaky, the bathroom so-so --the shower drains very slowly and theres no shower mat or drain outside so the floor gets very wet, especially when youre last to shower.

Space is friendly, with the bar at the roof. Rooms are super clean and spacious. However, there is no space to work or read besides the rooms and the staff is bothering constantly in the room with information about the bar or the hostel's activities.
