I talked with both persons working at reception during my check in and I asked about VIP access and looked like they were never heard this word. No room upgrade no vip discount. Expedia should cancel this program from this hotel. Very old bathroom fittings. Water dripping inside washroom. After I call housekeeping they fixed it quickly.

Hotel management charge me over charge from your invoice total. I am very disappointed. Room is very much poor condition. Food is very poor quality after eat I feel vomiting and Tommy pain. Shower and toilet are much awful. And I need to discuss with you soon about your payment totals and hotels management price.

We booked a normal room at Hotel71 and was told that they have upgraded us for free to a larger room. Room number 802 was large and had a good view.Staff was all friendly, polite and professional.

From the time of booking, I received nothing but excellent customer service from the Staff at the Hotel 71. Before I could even reach out and inquire about the property's airport transportation, the hotel emailed me for my arrival information. I used the hotel's airport transportation - and they were on time both picking me up and dropping me off. The staff was super friendly. Anytime I walked past any employee, I was greeted with smiles and kind words. The front desk was very helpful. They listened to my questions and provided me with appropriate answers, and made sure I was happy every single time. The room was clean—the only thing that really matters to me when staying at a hotel. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel was tasty. The views from the rooftop are wonderful. After my stay, the Manager reached out to me personally to inquire about my time at Hotel 71. The Staff genuinely care and want to continually improve in any way they can. Would definitely recommend.

Great location in Old Dhaka, wonderful Indian food, good breakfast

Excellent hotel , great value for the money. Their airport pickup service was excellent. Waited for me about 2 and half hour that I was held in immigration. Checkup at lobby was very easy and helpful.

Room number 1701.....This room ac system is no good. You can't sleep. I fell head pain after 2/3 hours. Also bathroom is water over flow everwhere. This hotel website show nice & clen room but reality is very poor less than 2 star hotel. Pls when u give the room chek first than u go.

Everything in side the room was good it was my 2nd time to visit there and the staff was cool overall I’ll visit there again.

But if you want to sleep at night, don’t use this hotel. They use some type of foam for mattresses. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as I was experiencing bad pain before I arrived. The food and staff were excellent.

Decent hotel with all necessities and a 1980s touch. Good breakfast, good service. Basically, all working amenities, wifi was good, TV program selection was good ...the tap water had a taste to it.

The morning after in Dhaka If I ignore the dirty carpet beyond cleaning, and the wall with stains and patches, and the ceiling that You can’t help but to see how dirty It is as soon as you lie in bed, I still cannot let go the myriad of little things that are easily repaired but would’ve made my stay much more tolerable, Like fixing the toilet that was running all night, or the window that would not close all the way, leaving enough space for cold air to get in my room but more Importantly loud street noise and honking cars that woke me up all night. Some things show utter disregard of the comfort of their guest, like putting a hot water kettle with such a short cable that the only way you can use, is by plugging it in and holding it until the water boils, Or putting sachets of coffee in the room but no cream or sugar. Going in the morning to the restaurant was not a much better experience. Most Items on the breakfast buffet were cold. All the tables in the restaurant had to share one salt shaker. Perhaps the worst part is when I got back to the room and opened the door, I found myself in a different room, Which basically means that anybody with an Any key room can walk into your room. so much for safety. Now, you're really determined to stay in this hotel, then you really wanna watch what you eat.. The last thing you want is to get diarrhea since the toilet paper holder is placed so far behind the toilet seat, you need some acrobatic movement to reach.

We spent Christmas 2017 and stayed at Hotel 71 for 3 nights, the facilities was all right,However all of the staffs in the restaurant, front desk and security officers ( I meant everyone there ) were so HELPFUL........!!! super helpful ...!!!They were trying their best to make sure that their guests could be safe and enjoy more.We had such a great time in Dhaka because we chose Hotel 71.Seriously, come and experience it, you will love them just like we did !!!Thanks to all staffs in Hotel 71 making our Dhaka trip so special, looking forward seeing you all again.
