We went out on a Friday thru Sunday, the hotel was busy. Breakfast was good, the pancake machine was fun but I’d prefer a waffle. There was a nice selection over all. We would stay here again.

Unbelievably filthy. Black mold in the shower. Leftover food on the floors. Stains and footprints! on the ceiling. Front desk failed to ask anything about our stay and didn’t give us the time of day. Hi and bye were about all that was said to us, but made sure they had a credit card on file that was certain. The room smelled like mold, just plain and simple, and I have photos to prove that the cleanliness was below acceptable standard at best. Stayed for 1 night, and thank goodness it was just that. Oh, and may want to remove the used contraceptives from the parking lot.

They gave us a room next to the elevator and there must have been fat children above us cause I have never experienced so much noisy annoying banging, jumping and running around in my entire life at a hotel. It was to the point where we complained twice (of course nothing was done). They did let us stay an extra hour (big whoop). I like it there but not a very good experience. Also I now know I hate odd room numbers because of the way the room is set up. Im not sure if I will go up. Its should be no more than $99 a night there. Thats all it worth. P.s. the bathroom was really weird.

Holiday Inn has been our first choice for many years. But surprisingly this time in Buffalo a very new experience… A lady in food section was sooooo rude…… We just asked a question for that she started yelling at me….. Please don’t hire people like this. Hospitality is the top priority in your industry. Hiring people like this spoils your reputation.

This is my first review ever… the most dirty hotel I’ve ever seen and I travel from coast to coast for work. They NEVER wash anything. Hallways smell like baby powder. You can see hair grease running off the wall over the pillows, cups/hand marks on the grease on the night table and you feel it under your feet when walking. After asking for a second room that new room had literal feces in the toilet and when I flushed was clogged. I slept in my truck. Horrible experience.

Double room was booked well in advance and paid in-full as to secure my booking. Upon arrival (~5pm) os the Saturday evening, I was advised there were no double rooms available? As I stood there in confusion, I was asked to move aside while the clerk checked-in two more parties before re-addressing my issue. Two King beds rooms were offered in lieu for my family to split us amongst the two rooms.

I overall had a great stay. The room was clean and updated nicely. I loved the shower! My only complaint is that the walls were super thin. I was woken up about 8 am by the guys next door talking and laughing super loud. That was my day to sleep in. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen because of the noise. Beyond that, it was to my standards and I would stay again, just not when I’m exhausted and looking for peace and quiet time.

I did not get any room cleaning service. When asked front desk told us that they do not clean room every day any more as per owner. After getting to the room we reported that that the toilet flush handle is broken. front desk came to check and told us that plumber will be fixing it next day. No one came to fix it.

The carpets need replacing. There are stains throughout the hallways and in the room. There was an awful odor in the bathroom. There is probably something wrong with the plumbing as it smelled of swamp gas. Usually due to improper drainage. The shower head was not properly attached and sprayed water everywhere when turned on. I do not plan to stay at this location ever again. And I am in the Cheektowga area multiple times throughout the year to see my mother in a nursing facility. When the nursing facility smells better than your hotel room it’s time to find another place to stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just 15 minutes away. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were a mini fridge, coffee machine and iron as well. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were enjoying our stay.

To be a new or remodel area that we were at the hotel , we found mold on the shower and we also notice that while you are ther they just do the bed but they don't vacuumed the carpet or even the bathroom floor.

We really enjoyed the hotel in terms of proximity and cleanliness. I was really pleased with the excellent breakfast, and how lovely the staff was. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced over our stay, so the room was a little cluttered with trash and used towels that I wish was handled. Also we chose the hotel for the indoor pool that was out of service during our stay. That was hugely disappointing.
