Very nice large All Inclusive resort with nightly entertainment.

There is nothing I can complain about food excellent, facilities excellent

Hotel is definitely a 3 star not 4. It needs renovations done, the food was really below average and I struggled with the repetitiveness of the all inclusive rotation. Hot tubs were freezing, cleanliness of rooms need reviewing and my room you could not lock from the inside. Reception staff were great, dining staff not so much.

Very very good hotel. Location, food, cleaning, pool area, service, "everything working" super good. Food is astonishing with a wide selection of different dishes. You can easily vary food between the days because of the wide selections. Really tasty as well. Pool area is magnificent - half of the pool heated to approx 30C and the rest approx 24-25C. Rooms are big and also balkongs are really big. In general one of the best hotels I spent vacation on - will easilly recommend it :-)

Only disappointed with the drinks in all inclusive,,,the usual cheap and nasty,but everything else was top notch!!

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable, as was the entire hotel. It was only the included buffet that was a bit inconsistent and disappointing

Just spent a week at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were really happy with this professionally run hotel. From the first moment a welcoming and professional reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff who were very attentive and the housekeepers who made up our room every day. We were all inclusive and found the range of food and drink on offer to be excellent. We are not fussy people who insist on drinking certain brands but were aware we can pay for them at the bar, or simply go all inclusive plus, we stayed All Inc. The hotel was clean throughout, the quiet bar area had a very good feel to it and we enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings. The pool patio area is quite large. The dress code is explicit but isn’t implemented at the restaurant in the evenings. Many a time we saw people in pool wear eating in the evening. We saw a young group who brought their friends in that were not staying in this hotel most days who not only had drinks from the all inclusive self service, but also attended meals that they clearly hadn't paid for.

Would have been nice to have music playing around the pool area. The ramp towards the blue bar was quite steep. We seen a lady slip and hit her head

A nice clean hotel with plenty of activities going on. I particularly liked the heated pool which is great in the winter and also the easy access to all the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice Hotel, clean and beautiful outside the pool area, but the pool water was very cold ,that slmost no body was in ever. People are so crazy to get the best spot around the pool, in order to tan that some are so greedy and selfish, that are reserving the long chairs very early in the mornings. The food was plenty and good,the personel people working very fast and hart to please us👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏 I wish they could make some better desserts.

The hotel was okay. Great staff but let down by some of the facilities. Half of the gym equipment did not work. There was very little variation in the food meaning same things every day. The food was poorly labelled making it difficult to accommodate for dietary requirements. The entertainment was not great for under 60s.

An excellent comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff are incredibly helpful. Only problem was the need for more lifts

We had an amazing time at Gran Princess Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy everyday, great activities around the pool side. Fantastic food, the entertainments were so much fun. I wish there were more adults in general rather than senior citizens. Although it’s called a Princess Hotel adults only;)

Lovely Hotel A few things could be better Like using original labels alcohol, fresh orange juice should be free The better coffee’s are charged. The staff were excellent. Friendly and courteous. Food was very good A lovely selection every day . Good location. 10/15 mins walk to beach .

Love this hotel. Our second visit & it was even better than the last. The heated pool is much warmer than last year & very enjoyable. Very clean & food above average for all inclusive. Staff can’t do enough for you & no queues for drinks. Plenty of sun beds as long as you don’t want the top spots. Thank you for another relaxed & pleasant stay.

Not a really all inclusive package, they will served you cake , tea and coffee for all day snack.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food was varied and plentiful and the waiting staff were so attentive. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Maspalomas and Mogan. Loads of bars and restaurants around the area. All inclusive drinks were of good enough quality that we never paid for any others. Would definitely recommend.

We would stay again. Good value.

Lovely hotel how ever bright lights left on all night Coaches arriving I would def ask for high floor Pool is falling in to disrepair and sun loungers definitely need replacing for comfort

The staff and facilities were the real highlight of the stay. It was very worth going all inclusive, great food and drinks available. Really nice area, very close to the beach and the nightlife. Would absolutely return!

A couple of objections: though this is a very good place to stay at, it is a very noisy place and the Front Desk staff (not all of them, true) can give you an arrogant attitude even when you ask a simple question.

Great hotel

Excellent service from start to finish! Arrived late due to flight delay & we received room service with 10 minutes of checking in. Also had a bottle of cava waiting in our room to celebrate my husbands birthday, such a nice gesture as we hadn’t actually pointed out the occasion! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Hotel, rooms spacious, Large comfortable bed , cleaned every day . Great choice of food .

Beds are not comfortable

Fantastic hotel with great staff, cant fault the hotel but Playa Del Ingles is a bit tired.
