Well located hotel in quieter spot about 10 min walk to start of Sulhumvit but also BTS is closeby. Quiet inside with nice ambiance. Highlights are the boutique art deco decor in both lobby and room (very cool dated radio and sound equipment display) Enjoyed my balcony rooo
on 20th floor offering really nice views of this concrete jungle. Spacious and top rated bathroom & accompanying amenities. Outstanding view and artistic room.
Weakness are very expensive mini bar for snack items of which are not that special. TV in room is just annoying wouldn’t screen share so stuck with you tube or netflix if you have an account. Maintenance issue with desk that holds safe broken, master light switch confusing when charging. Lack of USB sockets as well. Sofa is nice touch but it’s like the hardest one i’ve ever sat on (Bed though is very comfy).
The Pool area has about 8-10 loungers so with over 200 rooms it’s not easy to get a bed or what to do when all are taken and you fancy a swim..
Overall though would stay again, it’s a cool looking hotel and the highlight is balcony which is rare these days in Bangkok. Had no issue with staff whom offered 5star service in all departments. Nice touch on check out with the present.

A beautiful hotel. A Bangkok gem. Ask for garden view, very nice. Rooftop restaurant/bar with great vibe and views. Spend some time in the pool as well. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Definitely staying here again.

One night for business nearby. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Room was quiet and bed is soft. Room service was priced reasonably and tasty. I'd return of the need arises. The pool was good for laps.

It's a stylish designed hotel. Two points are expecting improve.
Lift....even though each floor corridor in open designed, no air conditioned. But, the lift cannot be also no air-con. Taking lift is painful with all hot Bangkok air.
Room.... has bad smell coming from its toilet, this somehow leaks to entire bed area. I think it needs to check building piping to see how to stop the smell from sewage.

Elegant 4 stars hotel with excellent pool and friendly and efficient employees. Great location, near shopping centers with good restaurants and near MRT station. Ok breakfast. Only negative thing worth mentioning is that there is very high traffic street between the hotel and the park in front of it. I had a room at the 19th floor and could still smell the traffic fumes and hear noise from the street. So, avoid lower floors on the park side :-). Nevertheless, one of the best hotels I have stayed at, would gladly stay there again.

I love the hotel fitness center and swimming pool. And the room was so clean. And the restaurant set menu on the second floor was so affordable and easy to relax. I want to visit again next time. Thank you Indigo.

Clean, chic, comfortable and the room bathroom was quite large so you dont feel clossed in. Overall great experience and walking distance to transport, food, shopping and spa places. Balcony in my room provided a calm morning to have coffee and watch life pass by. will definitely keep this hotel as my first preference for Bangkok stays.

Just enough closet space to hang clothes, but no shelves to store any.
Power outlets near tv were too loose, and no outlet at a reasonable reach from the table, so can't use notebook charger without an extension cord.
Otherwise cool interior and views, very friendly staff and nice service. Top location to get around the city for sightseeing.

This property is all about the location, conveniently located a short walking distance from Phloem Chit BTS so you can easily get most places you need to go in the city. Beautiful views from the 24th floor pool as well.

The staff were friendly and efficient except for one occasion when they forgot to ask for my signiture on a bar tab after we had a couple of beers at the rooftop bar. They rang me later that evening at 11.30 - presumably when the bar closed - waking up my wife and I who were asleep in bed to let me know that they were coming to our room immediately to get me to sign the bar tab there and then. Something which I think could easily have waited till the morning. A bit annoying being woken up for something so trivial. That comes down to pòor traing. Otherwise, the staff were generally pretty helpful.
