Comfortable elegance hotel, happy with my stay , this hotel is an excellent

Staffs are helpful , restaurants are good . Location is very convenient.

Reasonable hotel, but not a five star standard in terms of service and details.

staff are friendly and nice, breakfast is always good in abundance, and service is super. top roof swimming pool is a nice place for morning exercise. room is all time clean and tidy with good re-supply. but the air conditioning sometimes did not work well. we will return.

Excellent customer service from front desk (Fiona), Didi Johnson and executive lounge (Haley). Very efficient and professional. Breakfast has mediocre quality, service needs improvement.

Out of a thousand choices of good hotels in Beijing, I returned to stay in this hotel. check-in was quick, the receptionist was nice with a welcoming big smile. What I like the most? 1. The room I stayed in for five nights was always clean, tidy, and quiet with needed re-supplies, 2, The swimming pool on the roof remains good with fine services, with some suggestions better improvements were made immly. good to have some exercise in the pool every morning. 3. Breakfast is always a joy with quality and various good food. Thank you, I should come back.

It's a nice place to be, very safe and clean

Friday staff who handle my check-in did not do his homework on my booking requests. I had clearly may a request for an extra bed for my 13 year old child during booking. Saturday Morning staff who handle my request for room change was most prompt and efficient. The place shows a lack or maintenance, there was a clear odor /signs of "smoking" in my room on day one. this was why on Friday evening we requested an air purifier. there were 3 other facilities issues which was overlook by the facilities management. if your mgmt cared, I shall give you the details precisely for the shortcoming to be rectified - you can P.M me.

Top marks to JWM, excellent hotel located in the heart of Beijing. 500m walk to subway lines. Pay the extra for an executive room, the complementary lounge facilities are exceptional. Faultless visit.

My husband and I would like to thank the entire JW Marriott staff for a wonderful stay in Central Beijing!! We were impressed by the outstanding comfort, food and service during our entire stay. Customer service was extremely poor. I booked a grand deluxe room with 2 double beds, however I was told by the staff at the lobby that my reservation was a room with king bed sounding like I made a mistake. I showed her my confirmation and she still insist her system shows king bed. She said it could have been Expedia's fault for the miscommunication and told me to call Expedia to sort out the issue myself when it isn't my mistake. Who on earth makes mistakes and ask the victim to fix the problem? This is already getting unprofessional. After I asked for the room that I booked again, she told me she would add a single bed for me and not to worry because its the same price. If I'm worried about price, I would be booking a cheaper budget hotel. Their service standard is definitely indicative of the budget hotel.Totally not getting a bigger picture, am I suppose to ask my mum to sleep on the smaller bed while I share the king bed with my fiancé? Tell me how is it possible to accept such disgraceful service for a hotel like JW Marriott?

Has a great 3 night stay here. Well situated for getting around the city and spectacular city views from the 4th floor buffet restaurant which had a huge variety of foods on offer. The hotel's Italian restaurant was good and well priced and the traditional Chinese restaurant gave exquisite food and exemplary service! Large, well equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Our only small niggles were we had booked a room for 3 adults but only two towels, gowns etc were provided and prices in the lounge bar were very expensive! Overall we highly recommend this hotel.

The facility and location were great. The rooms were very up-to-date.

We upgraded to a suite but it reeked of cigarette smoke, so we were downgraded to a different level of suite. It was dingy, musty, and a bit dated. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the toiletries were very large and smelled good. The breakfast was expensive but very good. Excellent selection and tasty. Location was Ok. Adjacent to a run down mall.
