Great stop off- easy access to airport

Overall nice. Room was clean and modern. Facilities well maintained. 2 issues though, ac for our room barely worked. Kept it cool enough to not feel hot hot but definetly not cool. Also the lights were funky. 8 switched only 2 of them seemed to work, it was basicaly all lights on or all off.

We stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bali Airport, prior to our flight the following morning. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. The staff were kind, courteous and couldn't do enough for you. There was a large outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, shop and a gym.
We stayed in the Presidential suite- Wow, what an amazing room. The size and facilities were beyond our expectations. There was a very large bathroom with double shower, large bath, double sink and toilet in addition to another bathroom which also had a shower and toilet. A large lounge area, kitchen and large bedroom with a wadarobe room which was also a decent size. Highly recommended and the price for the facilities we had was very reasonable.

It serves its purpose, which is to be in close proximity to the airport when one arrives or departs very late or very early. In my case because our Ubud checkout was 11 and our flight was 12 hours later, we booked the hotel for the day. It provided a bed, shower, tv etc, so we could rest and refresh before our flight home. For $83 AUD it worked out cheaper than paid lounges at the airport which don't offer shower or bed. Restaurant is GOOD! Amenities tired (frayed bath towels, no robes, facecloths or handtowels) but overall fine. I would think however that Mr Hilton would decline to stay here and even be a little embarrassed - but if it was up to his standards it would cost a lot more I'm sure!

Terrible isnt a strong enough word. This building is so old and poorly designed and maintained that it should be torn done. Dont be fooled by the Hilton name, this place is over priced and not worth it.
Unless you want to be close the airport this hotel is to be strictly avoided. With so many excellent hotels in Bali this one is a stain on the Hilton brand.

The 1st room given had lock issues and could not open with access cards given. Another room should have been given immediately instead of going to and fro twice plus engineer taking a long time trying to fix it without success. Eventually I was given another room and in the middle of the night the lights couldn’t be switched on! I had to pack in the dark as I needed to be in airport at 6.30am. Service response was quick. Rooms need to be upgraded

Proximity to the airport makes Hilton Garden Inn an excellent choice if you have a layover. Hotel is well maintained with nice gardens and pool area. Staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Overall, good value.

The staff are all very accommodating, friendly and very willing to assist. We ended up needing to layover an extra night and didn’t think twice about booking here. There are many amenities which are quite excellent.
Breakfast buffet is excellent and has an array of flavors for all. They even have three different coffee machines. I’d highly suggest booking breakfast when you book the room but keep in mind that it closes promptly at 10:30am.
I’d wish there was an airport transport provided by the hotel. grab is convenient but it’s so close to the airport that it seems a waste of fees, etc.

This is only ok if you really want to stay close to the airport. It is a bit far from nice beaches. I moved rooms because of a strong cleaning smell and then was constantly interrupted by yelling from an adjoining room. If you stay request the front of the hotel as it is much more convenient and overlooks the garden and pool. The hallways seem to be grubby and the shower was luke warm. The dining room was very average with over cooked tuna. Staff are wonderful and so is the pool.

The staff there were truly amazing and beyond expectations. So many instances for our 6 hours' short stay while awaiting the flight.
1. We requested a new room because some workers were replacing the carpet on our floor which was very loud. They immediately swapped the room for us upon request.
2. Our daughter dropped the glass bottle and made a mess before we moved to the new room, we were so embarrassed but the staff Alvin didn't make us uncomfortable at all and showed nothing but genuine.
3. I left my sunglasses at the pool, called them the next day but didn't have much hope. They miraculously found the glasses for me and kept them for me until my friend can pick them up.

I was a HH members for a long time and I was surprised with this hotel conditions as a 4 stars Hotel. First the property is not really clean and I hope the management will work on it. Staff is pretty nice, since I’m HH Gold members they treat well. I ask for connecting room for three weeks in advance and I still can get it. The property is really need remodeling for sure in my opinion, the hotel always busy cause their locations is near the airport.
