We were at the off season so there were not many other guests. We had access to a pool across the street and they offered casino vouchers.

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for traveling with our dog.

Lots of cobwebs, rug dirty and dry dog food on floor. Only a crappy couch to sit on and 4 hard wooden chairs for watching tv. Needed more lighting in bathroom.

Smelled of mildew rusty lamps, dirty shower, corner not vacuumed, outlets did not work. Plug in and plug falls out. Bed mattress and pillows too soft. Could hear plumbing other another unit. No lights near the steps from our room. Outside lights burnt out. Out of 15, 1 light worked.

The floors were sticky. The tub was old and drain didn't stay up. Windows were dirty and moldy. .Dust all round TV. I would not stay there again.

Our room was clean and the parking was close by. We were walking distance from everything and they provided a shuttle to the ferry. The only problem we had with the room itself was the very poor lighting.

The stay was not good …we had a big bug run across the bed ..it was like 12 am and when we called the front desk they told us we had to get a picture of it …one of the windows in the bathroom n door to the bedroom did not lock ..spider web was everywhere …inside n out of the cabin …wood in bedrooms was very dusty … no where to put soap in the shower …

Rented what I thought was a cabin, but upon arrival was told that we were in the motel in the back, which is not advertised. The room was absolutely filthy. TV didn’t work, dirty bed sheets, hair left in sink and on the toilet, mold in the shower, shower and refrigerator weren’t cleaned and bugs/dust everywhere. Our front door had about an inch gap causing air to blow in all night while the heat wouldn’t work. Heard yelling all hours of the day/night. We left vacation early due to the uncleanliness and poor environment. Do not waste your money

The cabin itself had cobwebs and dust everywhere. The couch has served many years and needs replacing. There was no extra blankets available in the cottage. No blinds over the kitchen sink area. No night stand or lamp in the bedroom on the first floor, (no room in bedroom for a night stand) Got an extra light from the front desk because there was only one light in the living area and it was gloomy in there. No light over sink in the bathroom, hard to shave. Will not be going back, no value for the money

Location was great, stayed in two bedroom cabin. The bed in main room was terrible probably the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Don’t know if I’ll stay there again.

Shower had no place to put your soap. Mirror steamed up for a long time. Frig was on top of chest and TV was on top of frig. Frig temp was set too high—soda froze and exploded, so we had a mess to clean up. Second bedroom opens from first. Had to request outside light fixture to be fixed due to dark and unsafe. Had to walk way up to office to exchange dirty towels for clean. Good thing was they would print Ferry tickets $2 off reg price.

It was decent. Had the Family cabin. Needs some updating. Lamps were wobbly and lamp shades were dirty. Toilet was broke(had to open tank and jiggle ball). Light switch cover was broken (literally, a 5 min, 5 dollar repair). Sofa was very worn.

This was by far my worst stay ever! I travel around the world and stay in may different countries and I would never suggest this place to anyone. Only thing nice about as the location; that’s it!
1. Bugs in the room.
2. Entire room floor was wet and musty.
3. Door jam bed shut with us in the room.
4. Shower water didn’t go down the drain.
5. Only came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper.
6. Sheets had stains on them.

Excellent location, walking distance to downtown, spacious and clean cabin, but shower neglected, all coking black and moldy. I brought Clorox and sprayed the whole shower inside to get rid it. It worked like a charm.

Pictures are deceiving. Good reviews are based on expensive cabins. Do not stay at hotel side. Dingy, bathroom smelled of urine. Spider webs and cob webs everywhere, very unsanitary.

We really liked the staff! Meg at the front desk was so kind and helpful! They let us check in 2 hours early. The tv wasn't hooked up so when she sent someone to fix it he was also kind and courteous. There wasn't a microwave and the door to the room was so hard to open that I had to push it open with my whole body. It was very clean and within walking distance to all the stores ,,dining and water! I would recommend this place. The price was very reasonable! Plus we had access to the indoor Waterpark at no extra charge. We will be going back next year.

We booked a family chalet and that wasn’t gonna fit all of us with the dog. So they moved us to one of the front cabins,, had to pay a little extra for it but it was worth it.

Room overall wasn’t too bad but lacked outlets for charging cell phones, AC was positioned in such away in room we had that it didn’t cool very well.

The cabins are in a perfect central location and offer a friendly staff. Our cabin was clean AND the AC worked beautifully. I would definitely stay here again.

The property had a strong smell in the room. not enough light outside of the room. The room size is so small, hardly any space to place luggage/cloths.

Not as shown in the pictures, towels and sheets not very clean, entertainment system very old and no breakfast provided.

Overall our cabin was clean, well stocked, and met all of our needs. One of the outlets looked like there may have been a fire that started and melted it, one of the ceiling lights was falling out and covered in mold. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My usual stay every year! Always really great staff clean rooms quiet area walkable shopping store convenient store. Love the water park love that it’s right across the ferry
