Service is really great at St Regis, our butler Sherry greeting us at the lobby and have our room arranged beyond our expectation. the hotel is highly recommended for business or leisure.

Mostly is good, but I don’t know why their staff make a wrong information told me two nights but only offer one breakfast, it is wasted my time to double check with the website for this, very bad experience and I will think not book the room from the site

Our experience at St Regis Chengdu was fabulous! Butler service was a great experience. We had hot beverages served to our room every night upon request. Special commendation to the concierge, Alan. He helped us book tickets to the museum and coordinated our luggage transfer from Chengdu to Shanghai. He went beyond to facilitate the inspection of our luggage contents and even recorded the whole process at our request and shared with us via WeChat! This gave us peace of mind to continue with our travel itinerary. We strongly recommend him for a Service Excellence Award!
We would say that St Regis has really lived up to its name and even exceeded our expectations!

I was a little concerned when I arrived because they couldn't find my reservation, but that was quickly rectified. For such an international brand, I was a bit surprised by the lack of English abilities of the staff. However, I truly enjoyed my stay at the St. Regis. The room was spacious and well lit, the bed the was absolutely wonderful, and the amenities were equally excellent. I chose this hotel because of the pool (outside although I could only use it for 2 days because of the weather) and it did not disappoint. I would have liked the pool bar to have been open in order to get refreshments while lounging in the sun all day. Thankfully, there is a Starbucks in the mall attached to the hotel so a quickly scooted over there for a coffee and some dessert. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and its amenities.

Am very impressed with the good service provided by the stuff, special mention is Leo, who give us a lot of help in getting around Chengdu. Leo go beyond his duty to help us around the beautiful city, and even extend his help beyond our stay duration. Well done St. Regis Chengdu. You have a great team!

It was like staying in worn down Super 8 Inn in the states. Absolutely unacceptable. I told the butler and his response was our hotel has been open a quite long time thats why the condition is this terrible. Wow! never heard this before. I am switching to Four Season for my next stay in Shanghai.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room is clean, modern and spacious, the property is immaculate, and the service is exceptional. The only drawback is that the lobby is kind of small (maybe it is just the style of St Regis).

It was amazing experience. We arrived midnight, Adam helped us to register very easily. And they offered 300 points to get free breakfast of my daughters. My daughter forgot ear ring and ring, but they sent an e mail to get them. Swimming pool was great and food was nice.We also enjoyed free WiFi in the room. Definitely I will stay there again!

The room was a little bit dated. Especially the couch and coushions. They really need to be cleaned or replaced. Other than this, the room was big and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are cery large and very clean.The checkin was extremely long. China taked longer, but it took us about20 minutes to get checked in.The room servixe menu was pretty good and service was relatively quick.Overall a great hotel, but the staff was young and needed a little more training in processes to expedite check in and check out.

We had a superb stay in this property! Cannot fault the service and the level of attention. We were there for an anniversary celebration and the hotel made it extra special. Little gifts for my 7 year old also earned brownie points! If I had to pick one area of improvement, it would be the sound from the air conditioner. Special mention to a staff from the Social Kitchen - Ms. Abby Zhao. A bright, attentive and fast worker, with a ready smile! Buffet dinner at the Social was very yummy, many special dishes.

Standard hardware of typical five star hotels. Nothing bad but nothing really impressive.

yes the location is good but still it takes 10 min walk to reach ifs, taikoo mall area for food.... and given it’s really hard to grab a taxi for such a short ride, it’s not a desirable hotel to stay if you are travelling to Chengdu in summer season.

Terrible! The hotel staff are all very nice. However all lack of proper and professional training. I guess the hotel management s not handled by the st Regis group, it’s really terrible and messy. I’ve got hotel staff calling me and knocking my door after midnight for something I did not requested. I’ve informed in advance the number of us but they still missed out some of the room supplies. They give you apple when you request for Apple while in shangari la they got everything ready without even a request. Everyday we need to queue to get into the restaurant for breakfast. Sometimes they might ask you to sign a “bill” to “confirm you have been to the restaurant” even you have already provided the room number when settled to the seat.(what is the point of this?) The noodle place auntie never really treat your request seriously. She might not cook the right portion and right noodle if you don’t stand there and watch. She put the noodles that fell on the table back to customers bowl and boiling soup. Feels like waiting food at a street market in small alley....

Fantastic room, can't find any issues there but the hotel lobby is a little tired which doesn't create the best first impression.

Everything worked but overall didn’t have a warm feeling much less a wow. Staff were nice but many new staff still needs training. The bed is getting lumpy.

Absolutely terrible service. I would advise for anyone to stay at the Ritz Carlton instead. Rooms were hot and i was told by a manager that it was because chinese people are cold during this time. And im not chinese, so they dont cater to foreigners? checking in was stressfull because they kept taking people on the side as i was checking in. Room service took 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and it was almost impossible to get a glass of cold water from the downstairs little bar in the lobby.
