I would like to comment the breakfast and housekeeping team for their good service and warm hospitality. However I also like to highlight one disappointing incident with the reception staff who had suggested for us to visit an attraction that had been closed 2 months ago. It’s a 4 hours return trip wasted due to the staff’s lack of knowledge.

service during c/i early morning with f/o very nice...smile and helpfull....breakfast really like it...with so many option to eat staff friendly and nice...always offer help or something we need...facility good enough....will coming back on next vacation

Booked king bed but when checked in only twin bed available. We know this is common practice hotels lie to customers who booked thru online hotel agency. Also asked to leave deposit for IDR 300k while the room has no minibar or else to offer

Hotel has really nice interior. SODA Restaurant has good food at rock bottom prices. Hotel staff is satisfactory and willing to help. Room is big and does not have any issues. Would definitely come again due to its nice interior and prime location, which is at most a cheap taxi ride away to the attractions.

The place was lovely but the beds are a little too soft. I had a backache every morning.

I was in Bandung for 4 days and nothing makes me dissappointed about this hotel, i really recommend this hotel to everyone if they are looking for comfort, good breakfast, value for money and strategic location which is near to most of the factory outlets, Holland Bakery, Amanda brownies and also ATM, very very very convenient to all travellers, the exterior and interior design is very unique and travaller can experience something different with the interior, very clean and nice toilet as well, i will definitely checked in to this hotel again..overall I am really satisfied with this hotel, thank you for your good service!

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. They were also very helpful in directions/where to go, etc. Room is clean and gorgeous, facing the main road with a balcony. Room service is good and fast too! Thumbs up for Soda restaurant food! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

The room is not sound proof, the hotel was unable to provide an adaptor when required, but the staffs there are very helpful.

Not a good impression in the beginning as i booked queen bed but when i came, they gave me twin bed, no other option. Got transfer to queen bed on 2nd night. Overall good room as this is a new hotel. Hotel staff was nice since we need to go to hospital and he showed me the way, really close.
