Disappointed in this location. This hotel is older and needs some updating. Our room only had a view of another building, no city view. Toilet kept clogging. Pool was cold. Staff was very nice.

The property is clean and quiet. The iron in my room didnt let out steam so it made it difficult to use. The pool area is smaller than I expected. Otherwise the in coffee machine worked well and this is centrally located and easy to get to everything.

Very pricey for an outdated Hilton Garden. Furniture and rugs were worn and stained. The bed was old and incomfortable. Lampshades were damaged. On arrival, the floor in our room was dirty. There was a spill left from previous traveler, and they said they couldn’t come clean it until morning and then never did.
Housekeeping came just as we were nearly ready to leave for an event. I told her two minutes and it was all hers. She refuse and I was handed fresh towels during our interaction. Our room was never cleaned the entire 3 day stay.
On a positive note, the location was the perfect and the servers for breakfast were a blast.

Generally the hotel is fairly old and dated. The furniture has seen better days...The beds were of dubious cleanliness. The pool is a very sad one located in the basement.
Really the big issue is that for close to USD400 in Buffalo, I expected more...quite a bit more.

Not good. Started off confused about parking, and the front desk wouldn't take the time to give directions, just told me to scan a code. Even though I tried asking multiple times for help.
In the room, we were missing towels and extra bedding. Went to call the front desk and neither phone worked. The only bright spot was that when people did come to help they were friendly.
Also, the furniture's appolstery was soiled and stained. And, when I pulled out the sleep sofa, there was trash from a previous guest.
And, (sorry) as fed up as I was, I wanted to leave early and there was no coffee available. Was told to make my own or wait until 7 when the restaurant opened.
We would never stay here again.

Great location for events at the convention center. Restaurants are close as well as the baseball stadium. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Pool was very nice and clean, room was clean. Small area of carpet that was coming up between the tile and carpet but it didn’t interfere with our stay. Beautiful view. We were able to walk down to the naval area no problem.

Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore.

Staff at restaurant were very friendly at breakfast and also at the bar in the evening. My family stayed there for my nephew's graduation. My Sister has cancer and has been very sick for a long time, but at your bar I saw her smile and laugh for the first time in at least 3 years! Thank you so much for a wonderful family experience!
