frequently stayed here fr our short vacay. overall good except your tv channel. please improve as it getting worse since our last visit till recently. and your WiFi is good at lobby only, terrible when inside room.

Pro: Room are so nice and big. Bed are comfy. Get free upgrade during my stay. Staff were so helpful. Cons: Ordered food and it came disappointing. The nasi goreng were cold and even the portion of chicken chop are not worth the money. Toilet were not cleaned properly. There some pad hidden at the sink and no toilettries provided. Please do check the room before give it to customer.

The blanket were all very dirty.

i booked 2 rooms (deluxe twin & deluxe king). checked in before midnight so you dont have any choice to have 2 rooms beside each other. the hotel offered me to have junior suit instead of deluxe king at no additional charges. the room was spacious and comfy. however the other room - deluxe twin cannot be opened using card. need assistance from the receptionist to open the door and tv is not functioning well. overall is ok.

I booked for 1 queen and 1 king bed but i got 2 queen beds. Apart from that, the glass divider for bathroom is not suitable for family as we can see clearly people shadow while showering inside the bathroom. The glass door in my room also cannot close properly and has a gap that people from outside can see inside the bathroom. The bed sheet also very dirty and we have to call them to change the bed sheet. I will not go to that hotel anymore

Good hotel with a friendly staff. Its not located near the main touristic street of Melaka but it is still at walking distance (10min along the river) and close to the shopping malls and a bus terminal. Great value for money!

Staff were helpful and courteous. A local map was given to us when we asked for shortest route to Mahkota Parade and Jonker Walk.

Spacious room with the basic amenities. However, need to work on the cleanliness of the bedding as there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room, although they didn't bite.

Nice hotel to rest

Comfortable and clean family room with bonus of free guarded parking outside the hotel.

modern design, air-cond is functioning, the room is spacious, simple breakfast (mee, fried rice, bread, pau, hot dog), just the bed sheet got a bit stain but still can accept

Hotel was fine. It's within an easy walking distance from historical sites and shopping centres, but in an isolated place with no restaurants around.

Stay if you absolutely must. The room is quite basic. Bathroom was disaster with leaking taps and toilet bidets. Bed linens were dirty and had stains. I stayed there for a night and vow to never return.

The staff was very friendly, hotel has a nice lobby and breakfast is complimentary although it serves local food. Bed was comfortable and so are the showers. Good hotel if you are looking for an affordable stay.

Reception upon arrival was alright. Noticed that most guest booked the rooms online. Hence it would be good to highlight the staff which website you did your booking. Otherwise they will start searching with the wrong folder. Rooms were alright, but a bit distant due to the hotel configuration where there seem to be no connecting door. We had rooms for three adults, with additional space for fourth. Room facility setback was the polystyrene cups for the drinks. Perhaps porcelain mugs would be better, despite extra works for the housekeeping. Breakfast would be classed as average. Do not have high expectation. Good thing is that almost all attractions are within walking distance. It's just the question wether you feet can take it.
