Good room set up. Wall separating space from bathroom and sleep which is great for two younger kids. Wish they had free breakfast but coffee was available.

I was just here for one night and had a great stay. The lobby is bright and fun and the staff are all excellent. There's plenty of parking and close access to the highway and quick food/coffee options. For me, the room was just a bit too spare. Not enough lights, just a bed and a small desk chair, and no warmth whatsoever. Maybe that's a decor thing though that others might appreciate.

Calvin at the front desk went above & beyond both upon our arrival & departure. There were issues with my reservation which he took care of swiftly & more than satisfactorily. He should be a valued employee if not already.

Vibrant! Very attractive hotel with a lively bar and lounge area with a pool table, games, and many tvs for watching sports. Clean rooms and common areas.
The gym looks really nice and there is an indoor pool right outside of it. Located near the airport with a free shuttle.
The desk staff are kind and patient when assisting others.
There is a 24 hour store with snacks and breakfast is available for purchase. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good.

The hotel has stained carpets in the hallways. Also, one of the elevators was out of service on 9/1 and again 9/8. Very inconvenient. The place needs a reno.

Used to love this hotel. Now it has dirty, smelly carpets on every floor. We had to change rooms. The first smelled of mold. What happened?

Bed comforter had huge stain. They gave a new one, and it still had big stains. The bathroom had no body wash and water was cold for at least several mins. The front desk staff were very friendly and cooperative.

The hotel was dirty. The carpets were stained through out the corridor and inside the room. Dirty stains on the chair. Bathroom was dirty and shampoo bottles were broken and on the bathroom floor. Terrible service, one of the person at front desk was very rude. We had called them 12 hour prior and let them know we will be doing a late check in and we were told they will not have a clean room for us. Which does not make sense, since we already had a reservation. Stay away from this place. We checked out early and booked a different hotel.

When we took elevator to our room the floor we were staying on had a really bad smell like dirty uncleansed, sweaty smell. It was very gross.

The sheets didn’t entirely cover the mattress which had stains on it and there was hair on the shower walls. I purposely splurged on a $300/night hotel so I could avoid these things.

This was a good place to stay to get to airport quick and early. There was a kids birthday party in the lobby, so it was hard to just sit and have a quiet drink at the bar or use the pool.

Toilet paper and body wash were not refilled. They were empty when we arrived. We were told that cleaning was every other day. We just missed the cleaning and if we wanted cleaning for the next day, we’ll have to request it. We opted out of cleaning for our stay. The next day, there was a slip that stated that they missed cleaning and couldn’t enter the room. When checking out, there was a delivery of personal items in front of the door that wasn’t ours. When we checked out, we informed the front desk person. She was a bit rude and said “well i don’t know. I’ll have to let the cleaning crew know.” Then she asked if we had an air mattress checked out. We didn’t even have an air mattress to start off with.
