After dark it was a bit sketchy, but the parking lot is fenced and lit well. It was comfortable with large rooms and xcomfortable beds. The area is more invting in the daytime. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The property itself was overall kept up very well didn’t have a lot of strange smells or people considering that it’s also a live-in area. The original desk person was a very friendly lady. We got checked in no problems however, when we got to our room, the thermostat was not working Or the light in the bathroom. as we had plans, we let the front desk know a different gentleman on our way out around 6:30 so they could have it fixed by the time we got home. 130 a.m. not only had not been logged in the system had not been fixed and we had to pack up and move rooms. We were unable to get any of the three TVs and the suite to work and finally after getting help from the previously mentioned female front desk attendant, who was very helpful. We were finally able to get one working in a bedroom and we moved our stuff in there for the night. I would’ve given more if it wasn’t for the issues with the room

Nice place, really liked the fact that the parking lot is inside a secured gate. The only issue I had was no do not disturb signs for the door and in my overnight stay staff knocked on the door twice, once was housekeeping shortly after checking in and the 2nd was maintenence in the morning to change the filter for the air system.

The room was clean, but worn. Couch & chair were significantly stained. Coffee service was minimal. No information RE: local restaurants, shopping, events, etc. was provided in the room. Also, shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the shower and I sustained a cut on my foot. Not bad, but nothing to write home about.

Although my stay was extremely brief, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The night clerk, Linda, was particularly delightful.

The staff is super nice & room was pretty clean.
But; a couple of things.
They only have one crib for the entire hotel & they do not serve breakfast. Our room had a plastic bag tapped over the smoke alarm & some issues with guests not cleaning up after their dogs outside.

Like a home away from home with washing and drying machine and all the kitchen amenities we could want, including pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Even dishwashing liquid (but no sponges, just paper towels). Bathrooms were spacious enough as were the rooms with hanging space for clothes. Decor was modern but not in a clinical way - comfortable and inviting. We had a one-night stop over and we’re wishing we could stay longer.

Great place to stay with our family. We were in town for a tournament and needed a large comfy space to hang out between events. Fun part of the city to be in.

It is very spacious but pricey for no breakfast, coffee etc. front desk staff not all friendly .
There was not a canister for the coffee machine in the room so no way to get coffee nice it was made. Free parking was a bonus and the location is great.

I had booked several rooms and some were canceled without my knowledge. Not a good experience.
Also the rooms were advertised with a pull out couch. That also was not true.

Great stay biggest chimpanzee is there a permanent residents there and the ones above me stomped all night long, every day. I had to call the funny desk and bang on the ceiling.

The parking lot is gated, so it gives some extra security. There needs to be a "Lobby" sign above the front door so you can see which door to enter when you arrive, because there is more than one door in. The room was a very nice two bedroom suite with kitchen as described with plenty of room. Very nice and more than I expected.

If you’re going to need WIFI, don’t book here. I could never get any of my devices to work here. Nothing would load. I did have three TVs but only one worked. Dishwasher also did not work. Staff couldn’t have cared less. “Sorry” with a shrug. The place was clean except kitty litter under the bed.

What a difference an apartment makes vs a studio! I was very happy with the free upgrade to a 2 bedroom. So. Much. Space! I saved money by being able to cook all week. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was very clean and surprisingly, quiet. Except for a few bumps upstairs & a few loud voices in the hall once, it was very quiet. I also liked that it is a gated property. It felt very safe.
