Ruiz was phenomenal. That guy did everything! The room was a bit smaller than I expected and somehow I thought I booked a room with a Jacuzzi. Turns out that the jacuzzi is on the roof.( beautiful view btw) but you have to reserve it in 2 hour increments and I found out too late to book it outside of 6:00 a.m-8. No bueno. The surrounding area was full of nightlife both good and bad. There are women with babies sitting on the pavement begging for money. And according to a fellow guest this area is where the BROTHELS ARE! Now if that’s your thing it’s perfect! Next door to the hotel is a perfumery. Amazing. Go to a restaurant called Gatto. And then go to Gatta. The property is still under construction but I think once everything is fixed it’s gonna be great. The only real issue I had was the hot water actually took 30-45 minutes to come on in the shower. True story. So plan on turning on the water then taking a nap. Other than that… had a blast!

Excellent location. Great staff. We were greeted at front desk by Lorena and Orlando and we can say that they were wonderful during our whole stay. We really enjoyed staying at the Dix hotel and most likely, we will return someday.

Nice hotel close to metro, restaurants and Parque Lleras. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffett was good but selection was small. Overall stay was good and I would definitely stay there again.

The room had only 1 power outlet, made it kind of hard to charge phones quickly, Iron etc.

Very professional staff. The hotel and rooms are modern and clean, but what makes this hotel is the staff (the front desk, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance). They really do a great job. Be polite with them and they will return the respect and assist with your requests as best as they are able.

Walking distance to parque del poblado, which is the meeting point for many tours. Also Provenza is close by. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room as well as the lobby was extremely clean!!! Would definitely stay here again

Good hotel and what was a good location. Parque lleras now has a constant police presence and obvious prostitution. Not a family dining spot anymore.

The staff was very helpful and made the check in and transportation process very easy. The breakfast was great and the rooftop was fun to hang out on. One thing that would have been nice is if the shower had a light inside of it, because if the main light in the room was off, the shower was pretty dark.

Very convenient location with great rooftop terrace. Two couches made it easy to hang out together. Unique floor plan. Loved the big water cooler. Minor thing but some of the doors were hard to open and close. Second bathroom was small but we loved the outdoor shower.

Great hotel in good area. Close to everything. Most of the hotel staff speak English very well.

Hotel was in the middle of the action. I had a street view of Calle 10. Prime view of street performers, part buses, ladies of the night. Husband and I enjoyed opening our window and people watching from our room. If you’re a light sleeper room 2009 isn’t for you. Luckily for us we like action and the noise didn’t bother us.

We were looking for a hotel for 2 nights near Provenza with parking, this one is exactly what we were looking for. Everything was good. I will consider it for next time. Was safe, clean and customer service was good.

This hotel is decent and nicely located in the heart of El Poblado. The biggest issue we had was that they said breakfast ended at 9:30am and if you showed at 9:15 everything was closed and put away.

I have been staying to this place for years , just 2023 I visited Medellin 4 trips and I stayed in this hotel . Staffs and Management are cool and very understandable . the only thing I may suggest to the Management is to add up signage like "please do not disturb / Please make up the Room . sometimes it is very inconvenient for " the cleaning crew knocking at your Door and disturbing you of your sleep or what you have been doing .The sign will help out a lot , I do understand that they have to do their jobs but sometimes 'GUEST don't need services or just don't need to be disturb . that's all . overall everything is ok .

Had great experience at this hotel. Hotel is walking distance from all the major areas in Poblado, very safe, good quality breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could be a bit better, but I think they are still worth the price.
